Here's the edited part 2 of it. Well after being with someone for a while, you eventually want to know that they thought of you initially Everything is not as it seems. Sometimes for the good and the bad.
Kamui
Late night when the moon is its full glory you begin to admire the night sky. Moon all by itself amidst the darkness was magnificent. Laying with her eyes wide open next to a snoring orange haired male she wondered if it was better to let the moonlight shine upon them or shift the curtain aside she agreed on the latter.
Slowly she sat up on the side of the bed. Motioning herself forward she heard a sleepy voice next to her. "Where are you going?" He softly grabbed her arm as she flopped back into the bed with him.
"The moon looks so beautiful tonight right Kamui?" She asked him.
"Not as beautiful as you Y/n." He yawned.
She turned to the other side. No matter how many time he said it her reaction to it was still the same. Mustering up some courage she reminisced, "It was a full moon even we first met you know Kamui? I'll never forget the way the skies were then. The way your eyes gleamed in the moonlight was just breathtaking."
"You looked adorable with that hair clip." His tone changed into a more deeper one this time. "You fought off those thugs fine but what were you going to do if I hadn't seen you back then?"
"For sure I would've continued to do so till one of them dropped but heavens were on my side back then that you came in and saved me like a knight in shining armor!" She stated as a matter of fact.
"You did have your switchblade on you luckily. Don't be so careless next time alright."
Without ever breaking eye contact she grinned and nodded her head. He held her closer to him and pecked her forehead as they drifted back to sleep.
Hijikata Toshiro
It's finally winter. The fields are covered with a pure white blanket of snow. Bright and serene snowflakes gracefully dance to the winds.
The glimmer of the shining snowballs looks like an enchanting fairy tale. Y/n gathers around all her festive decorations as the holidays approach. After visualizing what it would look like, she began by decorating the interior of cafe but accidentally got tangled in the mess around her as she felt a familiar pair of blue orbs meeting hers. Red tree skirt was the first thing that her eyes landed on.
"You should've left me a text to help you with this." He places the tree topper with ease.
"Good Evening Toshi, I was on my way but got a bit too carried away decorating for the holidays."
Quickly placing the giant gift box near the tree he complained, "I'm fine with walking home by myself too but you made it a habit."
Y/n couldn't believe she forgot about it. "I'm so sorry Toshi."
He glanced at her as he recollected his thoughts. "It was around this time we first met. The way you carried yourself and got this place going on was remarkable. At least that what I thought."
She chimed in response, "You mean it? Because I never saw you in your uniform so I assumed you were one of those successful entrepreneurs who start of their morning happily, but your first words were 'please be punctual about your timings it ruins my time here' that was pretty cocky." She went a step ahead and imitated his toneless voice.
Hijikata frantically defended himself, "Oy that was when you were late! Besides you didn't even hear the last part where I said it ruins my time here which is the best thing about my day"
Okita Sougo
The air was really chilly she glanced at the fogged up window and grazed her finger tips across it. Her eyes lit up when she noticed a sandy brown haired boy made his way to her. Without a word he placed his head in her lap. Poor boy was tired after another day of failed attempts to send Hijikata early to his grave.
"Ahh another day of failure." He sighed while getting more comfortable in her lap. Y/n knew it was better to just tolerate this than handling his troublesome sadistic tendencies.
Y/n gently brushed her fingers through his hair. She couldn't help but admire his features. Sougo was confused at her sudden action of affection. "Ehhhh Y/n, what's gotten into you all of a sudden?" he questioned as he looked her in the eye.
"Ah nothing, I'm just wondering how in the world did an angel faced sadist like you give me such a hard time." She stated nonchalantly.
He thought for a moment and retorted back "Heh, it almost feels like a compliment coming from a cunning and crafty girl like you."
She frowned as her eyebrows started twitching, "Really that's what you first thought?"
"Hmmm you caught my eye but you were an abnormally aggressive one for sure."
"Listen here stressed alright, college students are an entity of their own, you do anything to them they will come back to bite you due to their lack of sleep." She pushed her knees away from him as he hit the ground with a thud. "You just messed with the wrong one."
"Back at you." He said as he slouched on her shoulder. "Even I'm a stubborn cop whose 'de-stressing time' is not something to be messed with."
"Sougo, you were slacking on you duty!"
