The concert

Kin's Pov

Going in to this show I felt pretty good. Jenna was a lot like Corey, and a lot like Lauren. She has all Corey's strengths and without the crazy lets go almost get ourselves killed. She dresses like Lauren and says a lot of the same things, I can see why their friends. Clearly a Lauren has more talent but Jenna's more fun to be around. I still think the whole thing with Corey went down uneasy but hopefully it all smooths its self out. Corey will miss us and we miss Corey even if we are better off the way we were. We were about to go on stage and Jenna had asked to talk to us.
" This may be the only concert I ever preform guys help make it one im going to remember, I know you and you band have gone through a lot lately, but throw the bad memories away! Let's make history tonight!" Jenna said trying to motivate us.

Laney's Pov

I watched Jenna walk on stage. The way her glittery blue skirt sparkled in the lights. The way her outfit matches perfectly. The look on her face as she looked out at the crowd. Every move she made all I thought about was it should be Corey walking on stage with us it should be Corey making me look bad it should be Corey with that look on his face when he sees the crowd. Jenna stopped at the microphone and introduced us.
"Hey guys im Jenna Frenzel," I heard some of the crowd gasp. "I'm going to be preforming with my band," Jenna continued
"Grojband!" We all said. As we said it I saw a head in the audience that wasn't paying attention look at us on stage. She looked worried. Hey she looks a lot like Lauren! I thought she has similar hair only its wavy and not crimped and then I saw another person come up behind her that looked just as shocked as her... oh my god! It was Lauren and there was Corey!
"We're playing a song written by our bassist Laney Penn." Jenna finished backing away from the mic. I walked up I knew I couldn't tell kin and Kon it would totally upset them. I looked back at Corey and Lauren. I saw they had gotten a lot closer to the stage only like 50 ft now. I also saw Corey say something to Lauren and I heard Lauren faintly say,
"I know that's totally lame," she looked angry but I knew she was just acting. they were probably talking all about how I could write songs all along, but I think I just got the right inspiration because every time i tired to write lyrics before they were only slightly better then Core's.
"Can you count us in Kon?!" I said, trying to fake my excitement .
"1,2,3,4!" Kon said. Every time we played we sounded better. Every time we played that song it helped me escape everything that happened, I hardly sense that Corey isn't there. After we came off stage Lauren and Corey were waiting for us.
"Lauren!" Jenna said running over to give her a hug. and then they went squealing away about everything that happened in the last four years.
We were left standing there with Corey for a few moments.
"Hi," Corey said looking at his feet.
"Hi,"we all said back with the same lack of expression.
"H-hows Hollywood?" I asked trying to start a conversation.
" The houses are big the people are nice for the most part and city is fun," Corey said. "you know I had this crazy idea we could make it there," Corey finished.
"Well now it won't happen, and you're gonna make it alone. Im happy for you." i said quietly... Then it was all kind of awkward. I got pulled out of the conversation by a lady named Marisa.
"Amazing song amazing band the two of you have" she said, which just made me realize I was standing next to Jenna. I want to offer you and your band a record deal. you make your decision and I'll smooth over all the details. we ran over to kin and Kon.
"Guys we just got offered a record deal," Jenna said.
"A band record deal," I said glaring at Corey. Aww he looked so cute when he heard me say that. Ugh what am I thinking?
"Really?" Kon asked
"Are we going to take it?" Kin asked.
"Uh yes" Jenna said. "these don't come every day,"
"Who offered it?" Lauren budded in.
"It was Marisa," Jenna said.
"Oh she's good I hear." Lauren answered.

Lauren's POV

That meant only one thing. they were going to be at star school too. I Was thinking about telling them all we'd be going together but I decided it would be better a surprise.
"So what are you waiting for? Go signed the thing!" I said.

Jenna's POV

"Just sign here," Marisa said. I watched kin and Kon signed their names all normal and Laney. I took out my perfect blue pen and wrote with my curvy hand writing accross the line.
" We will start working on your record as soon as you complete star school," Marisa said collecting the papers.
