Three

The next day I got up and threw on some sweats and a t-shirt I didn't feel like eating but my mom made me,

I was still upset about yesterday nobody even tried to hear my side of the story now I'm suspended for a week I mean I don't feel that bad because I didn't like that school anyway but it's going to ruin my perfect attendance, now that made me mad.

After breakfast, I had to take out the trash which annoyed me even more than I already was because it wasn't even my chore,

But that's my punishment for fighting at school and getting suspended,

Once I came back from taking out the trash I plopped down on the couch and surfed through Netflix trying to find something to watch, after looking through all of the comedies and not seeing anything worth watching I just settled for Garfield.

An hour into the show my mom tells me to get up and get dressed because we were going to the grocery store I groaned internally because I didn't want to leave the house but I couldn't say no because then I would be in more trouble than I already was so I just got up and put on a bra,and some black and yellow vans,

I brushed my hair back into a low ponytail and that was it for me after I was done getting ready I grabbed my glasses and my wallet.

I put my glasses on and put my wallet in my pocket and walked back into the living room and sat down on the couch waiting on my mom to get finished getting dressed.

After waiting for like fifteen minutes she finally came out of her room and was ready to leave,

I hopped up from the couch and turned off the tv

My mom grabbed the keys and we were out the door
...

We were on our way to the grocery store when my brother's school called my mom

And I can tell by the look on her face it wasn't good, after she got off the phone she let out a sigh and turned the car around.

When we got to my brother's school I had to wait in the car for almost an hour like damn what are they talking about that they need an hour to talk about I groaned for the hundredth time, it was hot and this car was not comfortable.

They finally came out of the school and lemme tell you my mom was angry like if looks could kill my brother would be dead right now,

when they got in the car I knew it was something because she reached her hand back and slapped the shit out of him I tried not to laugh like I know that shit hurt but at least I'm not the only one in trouble

When we left the school my mom gave a whole lecture about how she doesn't send us to school to act up she sends us to learn and whatever she said

After her lecture, everyone in the car was silent nobody said anything.

After driving from across town from my brother's school we finally reached the grocery store

My mom parked the car and we all got out and let me tell you about the fine specimen that was parked next to us.

Like damn!  he is beautiful but then his girlfriend got out of the car and then I began to regret every life decision I'd ever made.

I sighed closed my door and went to catch up with my mom and brother.

When we got into the store my mom headed straight for the produce to get some plantains

I hated them because they're so nasty, so I told her I would go and get some milk.

she said whatever so I just walked off towards the milk. When I got there, I saw that they were stocking so I started moving quickly so that I wasn't in the way but as soon as I went to open the freezer this really tall  guy  opened it before me to put something in causing me to stumble behind him  I was standing there like a fucking fool until he said....
