Angel's Pov:
Last night was absolutely incredible. I got to spend my first date with Xander who, by the way was so very sweet and such a gentleman to me the whole time we were together.
It was honestly a dream come true for me. I thought first dates don't usually go well and turn out to be a complete and absolute disaster but, last night it was unequivocally magical.
I never imagined my first date to be like that. I thought that it would just be a movie and ice cream afterwards or a simple picnic or something like that. I'm still floating with happiness of what happened last night.
Xander confessed his true feelings for me and it was the happiest I've ever been in my entire life. When Xander stood up in front of all the people in the restaurant and said those three magical words, I literally felt my heart burst and overflow with undying happiness. I'm still feeling the butterflies fluttering around in my stomach.
I've never felt loved before, not by my parents, Matt or the pack but from Xander I like how it feels so far. And don't even get me started on that song, oh my god when he sang that song with so much passion and determination I felt like crying because I knew from the soft husky tone he sang the song with I knew that his words were true. He loved me.
And that kiss at the end, God his lips were so soft and sweet. I can literally survive with just his kisses alone. He kissed me with so much possessiveness and so truculent I swear he would have taken me right there in the restaurant. And when the scent of his expensive cologne wafted up my nose I felt my body go high and heat up with titillation.
I'm currently sitting with Xander and his parents in the dining room grinning like a loon as last night's events were flowing through my mind. I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I didn't realize Papa trying to get my attention.
"Princess?" He said snapping his fingers in my face trying to gain my attention. I blinked and looked up at him still smiling like a maniac.
"Yes papa?"
"I was asking you how your date with Xander went last night" I sighed wistfully as the memories of last night played through my mind like a movie.
"Oh papa it was absolutely wonderful, he took me to an Italian restaurant and the food was so delicious and...." I stopped because I couldn't contain my happiness and sighed once again. Papa cocked an eyebrow at me with interest gleaming in his dark blue eyes.
"And?" He asked curiously.
"Well he went up in front of the entire restaurant and said..." I couldn't finish because the memory itself had me giddy on the inside.
"What did he say princess" He asked and I blushed.
"He said that he loved me and he also sang a song on the piano expressing his true feelings for me and I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't romantic" I said and papa and mama looked at Xander for a while before adoring smiles broke out on their faces.
