My sword clanged against Benny's, fury and determination carved roughly into our faces. After so many years of searching, I finally found my nemesis! I had to win this!
After a while, he dissappeared. I whirled around and was met with a blade to my face, cutting right down my left eye. I cried out, but kept fighting. StoneDirt struggled in his restraints, trying to break free.
Benny noticed my slight hesitation, and his sword came down on both of my shins. I cringed, and slowed down slightly to conserve my energy, a choice that nearly cost me my life.
He brought his sword down on my forearm, hard. I collapsed in pain, my world turning red around me as blood poured from my arm. After a bit, I heard footsteps, then a click. I slowly looked up, staring straight into the barrel of the gun that would change my life forever. I heard a blast, and blacked out.
Slowly, my eyesight came into focus, pain threatened me over and over to black out again. Am I dead? I slowly arched my neck to look around. Everything seemed so quiet and peaceful, unlike the fatal battle that just raged here. Wait... It was... something. It was horrible. Ugly. Fat. It was feasting on the corpses of those lost in the battle. It had finished with its first one, and was turning to get another when it saw Benny. It knew he was alive and it charged at him. I was so furious, he had ruined my life... forever. How could he be so cruel, so demonic, so... such a betrayer. I felt like it was my right to defeat him and watch him cry in pain as MY sword clashed with him. Without having a single thought in my head I charged at the beast as if I was racing it to Benny. I realized I was not as fast as it yet. So I jumped. I jumped atop the beast and clung to its slimy red rough skin. I slashed left with all of my might and we tipped over.
I knew what this was. This was a soul killer. Blood was all over me. Once it died, Benny looked up at me, shocked.
"You did it. " He whispered in awe, walking towards me. I looked down embarrassed. Once he was in front of me, he cupped my face and made me look at him. I realize now that this wasn't Benny, but his light counterpart StoneDirt. His green eyes looked into mine, and he slowly leaned into me.
My vision came into focus. Uuuuugh, what had happened? I didn't try to remember, because I was more focused on why my eye hurt and-
Oh. Right. That happened. It's so weird only seeing out of one eye. I reached up and felt around my eye. It was still bleeding.
I stood up, stiff from my state of unconsciousness. Everyone was gone. Why was I the only one left? I made sure I could walk before teleporting to the NetWork. I staggered towards my laboratory, light-headed from blood loss. I set my chamber to emergency and staggered inside. I was slightly nervous, I'll admit. This is the first time this has happened. I swear, I'm like a guinea pig, but that won't change me. A sedative was plugged into me, and I soon fell asleep. The world was blurred around me, and darker then usual. I shook my head a couple times, and got a massive migraine. Oops. Slowly the world stopped swimming around me. I slowly stood up, noting that I didn't have just 1 arm anymore. My cuts were gone, the only evidence being scars. I walked over to a mirror after making sure everything worked, and what I saw shocked me.
My right eye was its regular green. My left eye was what shocked me.
A thin scar ran all the way down my face in a perfect straight line, cutting through the center of my eye. My eye was almost completely white, with only a faint shade of black and green for color, and was slited like a dragon eye.
I felt like puking. I looked around, and saw a book and a plain black eyepatch sitting there. I didn't hesitate to put on the eyepatch, even though I could still see out of that eye. I turned to the manual. The title read, 'A guide to being part-mechanical'.I looked at my arm and clenched my fist as if I was about to punch someone. Blades came out of my forearm, just as the book said. I stuck four fingers out, and my hand immediately turned into a large gun. I grinned. I could have fun with this.
I walked out of the room with my warcoat on. To my surprise, a pile of letters was waiting outside of my laboratory. I picked them up and teleported them to my room. I'll read them later.
"EnderSight!?" FireFly asked, unbelieving, as ShadowFlame did a spit-take of her coffee. I smiled weakly.
"We thought you were done for!" Fire said. I remembered what happened and growled slightly.
"Is that why you left me out and didn't bring me back?" I asked, my eyes narrowing slightly. They looked at each other awkwardly, making it evident that they didn't know about this. I decided to change the topic.
"How long has it been since the battle?" I questioned. They looked at each other, before Flame said,
"Three months."The war started in an instant. Before Khattee's body was trampled, I teleported it to me. Why would someone go to such great lengths to take over!?
StoneDirt collapsed. His dark counterpart raised his hand to finish him off, when I snapped. My hand shot up and created a barrier between them. Everyone fell quiet and stared. FireFly and ShadowFlame smirked, seeing as they were the only people besides the beings of the End who knew I survived. I teleported in front of StoneDirt as the barrier fell, my cloak's hood covering my face.
"We meet again cousin." I said, my voice just a whisper, but it echoed from the power everyone, especially myself, gave off. I swept my hood off so he could see my face. "See what you did to me? Is this the perfection of your work?" I hissed, venom dripping from my words as I took off my eyepatch and pocketed it. Everyone was shocked, even Benny, but he composed himself fastest.
"Well, you can't be a god of combat without a few scars." He said. His voice was projected, so it gave a loud commanding feel while my echoing voice gave them the sense that I was so different from even a god that I was some unknown ethereal creature. I chuckled quietly.
"Well, if you're truly my nemesis, you can't go without a few scars as well." I said, clenching my fist so the blades came out before teleporting just in front of him and punching him in the face. The blades created a long, deep gash along his face. He pulled out his sword as a red aura surrounded us both. As we charged at each other, the scenery changed to that of the War Zone, and we were alone.A portal opened in front of me. I swept my golden hair behind me before going through the portal. Everyone stared at me in awe, but my red eyes stayed trained on the ground in front of me. I started to smile as I felt light-headed, and as I kept walking, my knees buckled under me, and I let myself fall to the ground and pass out.
When I woke up, everyone was gone but StoneDirt. The brunette stood a little ways away from me, back to me. I stood up and started to walk over to him, but then I saw it. A red and black shadow moving towards him. A soul killer. Panicked, I raced at it. My magic had boosted weirdly, and everything literally stopped as I ran straight at it.
We walked into town, hand in hand. Everyone turned and looked at us as we approached. ShadowFlame looked at our intertwined hands, and smirked.
"Okay, spill it. What happened?" She said, gesturing at us. I laughed lightly, and brushed my hair behind my left ear as StoneDirt started to explain, that idiotic grin still on his face. They won't let me live this one down.~COMPLETED~
