To say Sebastian was scared would definitely be an understatement. As he drove to the familiar apartment, his mind raced with hundreds and hundreds of thoughts. He was scared she'd still be angry with him on how he reacted about her and Chris, but he couldn't help it of course, he loved the girl more than anything and to see her arms wrapped around anyone else like that killed him. As he drove, his hands nervously drummed on the steering wheel. This was it. He took one last right down the familiar street and let out a deep breath that he didn't know he was holding. "Here we go. Don't mess this up, you idiot. This is your last chance to make things work." He mumbled to himself before getting out of the car.

As for how Layla was feeling, well, she on the other hand had too many emotions going on. She, of course, was nervous. She hadn't seen Sebastian since the whole argument the night she and Chris had kissed and Sebastian had walked in. At the same time, she was also still trying to recover from her being so upset about the words he had said about her in the group chat with all their friends just days prior. The last emotion she felt was anger. Not at anyone except herself. Layla couldn't help but feel angry at herself for forgiving Sebastian so easily and caving in to see him. After all, he did say she meant nothing to him. She just hoped and prayed that she wasn't making a mistake and that everything would go smoothly.

He walked inside the apartment complex, saying a quick hello to the worker at the front desk before walking up the 2 short flights of stairs. Sebastian walked to the door that he hadn't stood in front of for almost a month now, his hands trembling as he raised his fist to knock lightly on the wooden white door. After a few seconds, the door slowly opened and Chris appeared, moving to the right slightly and opening the door wider to let Sebastian pass. The pair gave each other quick glances and short nods as the Romanian walked inside, making a beeline to her bedroom. He opened the door slowly and his heart swelled at the sight. Layla looked up, her dark eyes meeting his own. "Sebby..." She whispered delicately. "You actually came. I didn't think you would." She mumbled, playing with the hem of the old, baggy sweatshirt she was wearing. He walked into the room more, getting one last glance at Chris before shutting the door behind him. "Of course I did, love. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. You needed me." He spoke as he walked closer to the bed where she sat with her legs crossed.

Layla gave Sebastian a tight-lipped smile, watching as the older of the two walked closer to the young girl, her hand instinctively going for his own. Sebastian smiled at her motions, rubbing his thumb against the back of her hand. His other hand wasn't locked with hers going towards her face, moving a few stray strands of hair away from her face. "I've missed you a lot, princess." He smiled at her, Layla rolling her eyes. "Stop it, Sebby. You know I don't like that." She lied, looking down at her lap. In fact, she absolutely loved when he called her princess. Every time he did, her heart would start pounding quickly, her cheeks would become flushed, she'd get a weird feeling in her stomach, and she couldn't help but smile, and Sebastian knew her well enough to know that she truly did love when he called her that. "I've missed you too, though." The girl paused. "I'm sorry about everythi-" "No, stop it. I should be the one apologizing. I freaked out on the both of you when I had no reason to. You didn't do anything wrong."

The young girl looked at him confused. "What do you mean?" He looked at her, his eyes softening once again with just one look. "I guess I was just jealous." "Jealous? Why would you be jealous?" She asked, her eyes still showing a hint of confusion. "I guess...." Sebastian bit down on his lip, muttering swear words under his breath. Here I go, he thought. "I guess I was just jealous because... well, come on, love. Don't make me say it..." He looked at her as she gave him a pointed look to continue. "Fine. I was jealous because Chris was the one kissing you. He was kissing you the same way I've wanted to kiss you since I met you all those years ago. He's kissed you the same way I've imagined kissing you so many times for years. Chris was kissing you and I wasn't and that just made me so mad." He spoke, looking at her as the girl's face turned to shock before quickly keeping a straight face. The pair locked eyes, Layla's next words shocking him. "Then what are you waiting for? Kiss me, Sebby."
