A new day

A few hours later . . .

Ciels P.O.V . . .

I walked into the room I had designated to Athena and the two boys with her, only to find that it was different from what it originally had been. There was a medium sized room and a couch with a carpet; Hiro was lying on the couch with his hand over his eyes. "If your looking for Athena she is in her lab, just go through that door and then the next one as well." He told me.

I huffed and turned walking into the next room to find the other one, Sasuke, asleep on the bed I walked into the next room and there she was, numbers and symbols covered all the walls, and there were test tubes on a wooden table some on heaters and others being cooled down. There were glasses on her face and instead of the dress she wore black pants with tape around her feet and her sandals on and a shirt that was high collared with a black dragon on the white fabric and black outlining.

"Athena." I called out to her. She quickly turned to face me and I could see her cold blue eyes looking at me.

"What is it Master?" she asked me as she turned away from me and went back to her work. Although I had just met her I felt at easy near her.

"Sebastian and I are going in to town to pick up my walking stick. Would you come with me?" I asked her, she turned and looked at all the boiling chemicals.

"Yes, I guess I must, but would you kindly do me a favor?" she said while looking at the clipboard in her arms.

"What is it." My voice was demanding to even my own ears, but she never flinched.

"I need to stop by a medical store to by supplies, my own are running a bit low, so if you wouldn't mind?" She asked me as politely as she could.

"So long as we don't take long." I told her and walked out of the room.

Athenas P.O.V . . .

I gathered all the medicines I could get, from the most expensive to the cheapest, and most useless. As I walked out of the store I walked into and ally and pulled out some cloth from my pocket and formed it into a bag, and stuffed all the things I had bought with it into the bag, and walked out of the ally.

I walked to the front of the store and patiently waited for Ciel to come out of the one across from it. I noticed people staring at me, for what reason, I didn't know. But as Ciel walked out I jogged over quickly and hid myself behind Sebastian. No one would find the shadow behind the shadow.

We walked past people one after another they looked at the young master but eventually looked aside.

Later . . .

When we arrived at the manor a few hours later only to find the walls covered in the kiddiest drawings that I had ever seen, and then the others came rushing in. "She's crazy!"

"Whose crazy?" Ciel asked.

Then we heard a choking sound and went toward it, inside the room we found that Grell, Madam Reds incompetent butler, trying to hang himself. This time he was dressed up in some bright orange bows, and I ran forward "Oh my god I absolutely love this color!"

But before I could even touch the bow I was held back. I struggled against Sasuke as Hiro stood in front of me. "Now Athena we wouldn't want to do anything rash now would we?" He said waving his arms in front of me.

Then out of the corner of my eyes I saw a girl in the most beautiful dress in the world, It was almost all orange, and before they could stop me I surged forward and scoped her up in my arms. "Your dress is just so beautiful!" I yelled as I twirled in circles with the young girls, who's name I still didn't know, to my chest.

"Miss Athena!" Sebastia yelled at me. I snapped to attention after setting the girl down.

"Heh, sorry Sebastion, Ciel." I said while rubbing the back of my head.

"Ciel who is this wonderful young lady?" the young lady asked.

"Oh I am his personal physician, anything you need I got." I told her.

"Her name is Athena, Elizabeth." He told her "And this is Lady Elizabeth my betrothed." He said calmly as if it was no big deal.

"Oh my, I had one of those a while back." I told them "But I made sure to break it of as soon as possible, I want to marry for love not political." I said.

"Yeah but you had an actual option because of your status, but those of us who don't have it were stuck betrothed to some prissy little girls, unsuitable for our lifestyle."

"But I got you out of those contracts didn't I?" I told them.

"Excuse me Miss Athena, but I am confused, what is your status?" Finny asked me.

"We didn't tell you? Well Athena is what you would call a princess I guess, while me and Hiro are Lords I guess." Sasuke told them.

"Wait what?" Ciel looked confused "You're a princess?"

I smacked Sasuke in the shoulder and glared at him and told Ciel "In technical terms I guess."

"What do you mean technical Miss Athena, if I may ask." Sebastian asked me.

I dug in my coat pocket and got a sketchpad out and some colored pencils. And drew my family tree. "Ok my mom was the princess of a foreign nation as well as one of the last of her family. And she married my father who was the heir to two different clans, in other words a prince and he was also the leader of our village, making me a princess in more than one way." I said, "It is also why I became an alchemist, I come from a long line of them, and my uncles are the best in the biz."

"Oh Ciel why don't we have a ball tonight to truly welcome such important guests into your home." Elizabeth started gushing.

"I don't want a ball." Ciel told her.

"Oh and I can dress you up so pretty." She grabbed my hand and started to twirl me around. She ran out the door with me flying behind her.
