They seemed to just sit there and absorb the information they had just learned. As time progressed they seemed to continue to sit there and so I decided to catch dinner. As I got up to leave Shippo asked me "Can I come with you?" I smiled and picked him up and set him on my back.

"Hold on tight." I told him quietly as I shot of into the woods I leapt from tree to tree barley making any noise. As we came up on a clearing I set Shippo down and squatted in a tree. "Wait and had try not to make any sound." I crept into the long grass and knelt down seeing a rabbit hole I looked down at my chest and saw Emily still tightly coiled around my neck seem to uncoil. I set her down on the ground with mental instructions on what to do. She crawled into the hole and slithered out a moment later and almost instantly large rabbits ran from inn the hole and I killed each one of them, until I saw the last one. At the back of all the rabbits was a small pure white bunny, h had crystal blue eyes and was scared to death but couldn't hop very fast for he seemed to be only a few hours old. Before he got far I scoped him up into my hands and pressed him to my chest away from Emily. And I sent her mental images of how to treat the poor small baby rabbit.

I picked up the five rabbits I killed and skinned as well as gutted them on the spot and chopped up the meet into pieces. I walked toward Shippo and handed him a jacket of the rabbits I had killed here. "Shippo there is purpose in all the life around us and to waste it would be a sin." I smiled a little at the memory of Haku. I handed Shippo a few pieces of the uncooked meat and told him "Eat them now so Kagome wont worry." We walked back to the clearing, which all the others were at sundown.

"Shippo I was so worried!" Kagome came up to us and hugged him close to her chest. "Don't wander of like that again!" then she seemed to notice me. "What did you do to him!"

She walked toward me and I held the small rabbit closer to me. "I only took him to show him how to hunt animals." I backed up a little not wanting her to hear Emily hissing.

"What do you mean hunting, he's just a child!" Kagome seemed to be pissed that I even suggested the idea.

Emily seemed to try to get out and the little bunny seemed to be scared. "Please just stop he is a young demon kit he needs to learn these things. " I tried to reason with her calmly meanwhile keeping Emily in check.

And after I said that she screamed in anger Emily shot forward and I grabbed the edge of her tail and wrapped her around my hand "EMILY what did I say?!" I could feel the frantic heart beat of the small rabbit "You are scaring Yuki." I said and petted the small rabbits head soothingly. His fur reminded me of the snow so I named him Yuki after the bright white snow Haku creates. I looked forward and Kagome was hidden behind Inuyashas arm.

"Why do you have a snake and a rabbit in your sleeves?" asked the monk looking guy, whom I had not heard or seen this entire time.

I looked at him and sniffed the air; I walked toward him and grabbed the arm with a cloth rapped around it. I lifted it up into the air and felt for his chakra and realized that all of it was going to one point in his arm, and that with time it would eventually suck all his chakra away. "My my I have never seen anything like this." I lifted the cloth and the air around me was sucked toward his palm.

"What are you doing?! It could have killed you!" He rewrapped the hole in his arm and covered it protectively with a Rosario.

"You mean you can't control it? I mean with how old you are you should have been able to years ago!" I exclaimed, I let Emily rest on my neck again and the little rabbit, Yuki, sat on top of my head.

"What are you talking about this is a curse! I have no way of controlling it!" HE seemed angry at me.

I just shook my head back and forth clicking my tongue, as I did "Of course there is no way to control it, at least by normal means anyway. This world must really be blind to chakra. That curse as you call it is really a bloodline. A bloodline is a type of mutation in the body caused by the reformation of chakra by outside or inside forces. Your bloodline slowly sucks away your chakra, without giving it any time to replenish yourself, lucky for you your families seemed to have abnormal amounts of chakra as it is and are able to live about he same length of time as a normal human. Now with enough training this whole process of the slow deterioration of your body can be stopped with some chakra control exercise so that you can eventually cut of the flow of chakra to your 'cursed hand'." I explained to him.

"Are you serious can you truly stop this horrid disease from ravaging my body?" his eyes seemed to sparkle with honest hope.

"You know what while I'm at it I might as well train all of you in the ninja arts." I sighed in exasperation. "Which reminds me why exactly are you guys traveling around anyway?"

Kagome seemed to get excited about that and started to tell me "We are looking for the shards of the Sacred Shikon jewel." She told me.

"How did this jewel brake?" I inquired.

She suddenly looked sheepish "I accidently shot the shard with a bow and arrow."
