Chapter Four : A glimpse of Cubics darkness

Cubics  PoV

After Blix finished telling us everything my view of him changed. I felt kinda sorry for him since since I've gone through the some similar situations... well cube did. I myself can't relate to much But Cube my pure counterpart can relate a lot. Well since my..Cubes... Our.... don't know how to word this but pretty much cube also didn't know there parents. Also went though bullying but it was mainly for our small size and us having all these "abilities" those being lasers, the claw hands summoning saws and gears and now reviving shapes from the dead using the triangles on my head. Though I felt sorry about blix I also was a little intimidated well more then I usually do. I didn't know how heartless Blix could be  till when  he talked about how he didn't care that Cuda died helping him out with the corruption. And just the thought of him watching me as I was in my Boss battle Close to Me it freaked me out.  In that battle i wasn't only fighting Cyan and the other heros but I was also fighting with cube over control.  And He was just amused by it and didn't even think how much pain me and cube felt during that battle. I was lost in thought in till I noticed blix looking at me a little concerned. "Cubic you alright there you've been rather quiet. " " oh...ummm sorry about that I was just processing everything you said."  "Oh ok you just seemed a little down." I'd put a fake smile on "you guys don't have to worry I'm Perfectly fine." "Ok if you say so Cubic." Bilx said with a slightly worried smile. Cuda then apologized to Blixer about the stuff he said. Blix understood why Cuda was so mad and wasn't angry or anything back to him. "Even though all of us did some not so good things in the past those experiences and all the other ones made use the shapes we are today. We all grown and changed and we can look back and see how much better our lives become." Cuda said sounding in a better mood.  "Yeah We all did really change. But talking about growth Cubic didn't do much he still looks as small as we first met him." Lycan would laugh at his own joke which I didn't think was funny at all. I was about to give him a insult back but then a got a sharp pain in my chest. It was a pain I never felt before it was unbearable. Everyone would then look at me with worried faces. "Omg Cubic are you ok?" Lycan would ask me. "I'm Fine I'm Fine nothing is wrong." "Well the expression your giving is showing us that your in pain." Cuda would say in a very worried tone. "GUYS IM FINE JUST SHUT UP ABOUT IT AND LEAVE ME BE!" I would yell shuting everyone up. "I..I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout." I would then cough up a lot of liquid. It was a mix of blood corruption and black stuff. I'd felt weak and almost pasted out.  Blix grabbed me before my head hit the ground. My vision blured and it felt like the dark puppet master has returned. I couldn't really see what was going on all I saw was pink blurs.  But by the amount of movement I could tell that they were panicking. "OMG OMG OMG CUBIC GONNA DIE!" "LYCAN HES NOT GONNA DIE!" "CUDA HOW DO YOU IF HES NOT DIEING RIGHT NOW!" "OMG COULD THE TWO OF YOU SHUT UP." Blixer would yell at the to of them. He'd then would carefully put me down on the floor. "Guys clam down one Cubic is not gonna die and two Cuda stop yelling at Lycan. We need to make sure this doesn't get any worse atlest in till the heros get here." Lycan and Cuda both sighed and nodded in agreement.  My vision returned partially and the sharp pain calmed down a little. I sat myself up and felt my strength rushing back into me. I had a sudden urge to fight someone. I tried to stop it but it just got stronger. I'd turn to Lycan the weakest of us and grab him with one of my claws. I had a huge grin on my face. Seeing Lycan squirming trying to get free some how made me feel good inside. Cuda and Blix tried getting him free but I pushed them out of the way using two gears. Then I would say in a evil tone "oh it looks like the little flower and his friends are having a hard time."  My left hand would turn black but I was to distracted with Lycan to care. Blix and Cuda would come running back ready for a fight. I summoned a new weapon a drill and and made it chase the two of them while I finish Lycan off. "Any last words before I crush you Lycan?." "CUBIC PLEASE LET ME GO! THIS IS NOT WHAT BEST FRIENDS DO TO EACH OTHER!" The word friends must of got to me cause after he said that I snapped out of it and immediately dropped him. I was fill with fear and shock knowing that I almost killed Lycan. Tears streamed down my face. Lycan was catching his breath cause I was pretty much choking him the whole time. "I..I'm s..sorry...I..I didn't mean t..to." The three of them would surround me with both worried and scared expressions. I'd just stare back at them tears going down to afraid to move. To scared that I might hurt the others. I was to in shock to realize but my right hand was glitching and alot. "Cubic....Cubic...CUBIC!"  I would snap back to reality. "Huh...w...what happened blix.?" "Your hands."  I'd look at my hands. One glitching the other a pinkish black. Suddenly the first notes of Close to Me start echoing in my head. It must of been playing in the outside world too because everyone got into battle mode immediately. I tried not giving in to the music or the dark presence but it was hard. At the end both won...
