Wistful paths in my garden decorated in cobblestone and wisteria;
Butterflies dance across the garden in this kingdom of flora.
As hearts flutter and feelings grow stronger;
The songbird sings a melody of wonder;
A melody of passion; a melody of unity;
Some type of fashion entangled with beauty.
As his lyrics evaporate into human emotion;
Enigmatic "I love you's" are finally spoken.
The songbird whispers his poetry to those in love;
A sonnet to those enamoured by their beloved.New romance grows arms and legs in a seaside town;
An old wive's tale; a fragment of folklore.
He stands with his chest puffed out proud;
She smiles with her pearly whites; never asking for more.
Legacies spilling into dynasties;
As years slip away.
Truths collapse into tragedy;
As the power of the songbird's lyrics decay.
He can't save everyone but he can make you think;
Think about what really matters; what makes your heart beat.
An omen, a messenger from the great beyond;
Listen intently to his unearthly song.
"In sickness and in health; as you bury one to rest;
Look back and remember day's gone; never forget to reminisce".Wistful paths in my garden decorated in cobblestone and wisteria;
Butterflies dance across the garden; the kingdom of flora.
As hearts flutter and feelings grow stronger;
The songbird sings a melody of wonder;
A melody of passion; a melody of unity;
Some type of fashion entangled with beauty.
As his lyrics evaporate into human emotion;
Enigmatic "I love you's" are finally spoken.
The songbird whispers his poetry to those in love;
A sonnet to those enamoured by their beloved.He doesn't just sing to those in love;
Oh no, he also looks out for those who feel useless; like they're not enough.
There's a kid with shaggy red hair and a pen writing his dreams on a piece of paper.
How he wishes the pen was a method to create a new world; one made of perfect prose; structured stanzas and towering themes;
Without having to force his heart to be torn at the seams.
The songbird visits him once a year in the decay of day's light;
He speaks a tune only known to few;
A climax; a build up of creative dew.
"Write what you know and feel what you feel;
The only love to never go will be the one that's real."Wistful paths in my garden decorated in cobblestone and wisteria;
Butterflies dance across the garden; the kingdom of flora.
As hearts flutter and feelings grow stronger;
The songbird sings a melody of wonder;
A melody of passion; a melody of unity;
Some type of fashion entangled with beauty.
As his lyrics evaporate into human emotion;
Enigmatic "I love you's" are finally spoken.
The songbird whispers his poetry to those in love;
A sonnet to those enamoured by their beloved.The songbird delicately bounces across the night's shadow;
Making friends with the stars and the hollows.
He is an art museum without any paintings;
A book with no sight of an ending.
A blank slate ready to heal your heart;
That's all I've ever wanted to do with my art.
"And the songbird keeps singing; like he knows the score;
And I love you, I love you, I love you like never before".
