Chapter 84 : Sick

I just woke up and walked into the common room.

I kept on sneezing.

Kitty (Hitoshi Shinsou) was getting worried about me.

When I entered the classroom and sat in my seat. I kept sneezing.

"Cherri thats the 7th time you sneezed are you feeling okay," asked Kitty.

"I'm fine Hitoshi," I said.

Then Mr Aizawa came into the class.

"Good morning Cla-" said Mr Aizawa.

But I sneeze and interrupted him.

"Cherri are you alright," asked Mr Aizawa.

"Yeah I'm fi-" I said but sneeze again.

Then Kitty touch my forehead.

"Cherri you're not fine you're burning up," said Kitty.

"Hitoshi take Cherri to the dorms and take care of her," said Mr Aizawa.

"Sure thing," said Kitty.

"Fine," I said.

Me and Kitty walked back to the dorms and I was in my room and once I lay down on my bed I fell asleep.

Wow. We just got back to the dorms and once Cherri hit the bed she fell asleep.

I decided to call her mom to see if she gave Cherri some food or medication.

I called her.

Anita: Hello

Me: Um Hi Anita. It's Hitoshi Shinsou

Anita: Oh hello Shinsou. How are you

Me: I'm doing fine. How are you

Anita: I'm doing good. How's Cherri doing?

Me: Well that's what I'm calling about. Cherri got sick and I'm taking care of her. And I wanted to know if you had some things you did with her when she got sick.

Anita: Oh nothing out of the ordinary. Just stay with her
Check her temperature once in awhile
Make sure she is getting plenty of rest
Make sure she drinks plenty of water
And make her some Chicken soup

Me: Ok do you have a recipe for Chicken soup or you buy the can version

I take out a paper and pencil to start writing the recipe down. Just in case there is one.

Anita: Yes I do have a recipe.
Mexican chicken soup
Caldo de pollo

2 pounds of chicken
(Legs, white meat)
Fresh garlic
Fresh onions
Fresh silantro
Salt
Zucchini
Potatoes
Carrots

Boil 10 cups of water,
Add the garlic and onions to it, let them boil for about 10 minutes
Add chicken and salt along with silantro let them cook for about 40 minutes at medium temperature.
If you didn't used a cook pouch remove the onion, garlic and silantro.
Then add potatoes and carrots previously cut in small pieces let them cook for about 15 minutes after that add the Zucchini previously cut in small pieces let it cook for another 15 minutes

(Fun Fact: This is the recipe that my mom makes for my family everytime we are sick or just hungry)

Me: Okay thanks.

Anita: No problem. Just make sure Cherri gets better.

Me: I will have a good day

Anita: Thanks. You too.

We hanged up.

I went to check on Cherri and she was still asleep.

I went to the kitchen and started making the soup.

I knew that the rest of the class might want some so I made extra.

Once I finished it. The class arrived back to the dorms.

"Hey Shinsou. That's smell amazing and by the way how's Cherri doing," asked Ochako Uraraka.

"She's fine. I called her mom and asked if she did anything when Cherri got sick. She said that she makes this soup and I made extra cause I knew that the class would want some," I said.

I put the soup in a bowl and put the bowl on a tray with a cup of water and some cherry flavor candy.

I went over to Cherri's room.

I just woke up and look at the time.

Wow I sleep through half the day.

Then Kitty walked into the room.

"Hey you're awake," said Kitty.

I could smell the soup. Hey I can breathe again. That must mean I'm feeling better.

"Is that my mom's soup," I asked.

"Yep I called her to see if she did anything for you every time you got sick. And she told me that she makes you soup. So I got the recipe and made it for you," said Kitty.

"I love you," I said.

"I love you too. Now come on eat up," said Kitty.

After eating the soup.

I was about to fall asleep.

"Hitoshi," I said.

"Yes Cherri," said Kitty.

"Can you stay with me," I asked.

"Okay I will stay with you," said Kitty.

He got into my bed and we both fell asleep.

I have the best boyfriend ever.

I was walking to Cherri's room to give her and Hitoshi the assignments they missed.

I knocked on Cherri's door then opened it.

I saw Hitoshi holding Cherri while they sleep.

They really are perfect for each other.

I put the papers somewhere in the room then closed the door.
