A New Friend with a bang

Tommy woke up, highly exhausted due to various reasons..

"Tubbo isn't it a little TOO late for this..?" Tommy shivered at the breeze, and looked at Tubbo who wanted to climb a tree for an apparent reason.

"Tommy it's only 2am this is usually the time they'll arrive..."
Tubbo looked around intently, standing on a branch and holding onto another branch above him.
Tommy rolled his eyes when he said 2am.

He looked up at the boy then around him, they're in the middle of a forest in the middle of the dark, great.

"Tubbo what are you trying to find?!"
He yelled at him because Tubbos climbing higher up the tree, not a good sign.

"It's for the festival! A creature usually comes at this hour and it'll be perfect for Bad and Skeppy!!"

"I swear you're treating them like they're our parents.."
Tommy groaned in annoyance, yet worried when Tubbo continued to climb higher and higher every second.

Tubbo climbed onto another branch.
"Yeah well they are the people who brought us here so we need something to thank them!!"
He responded.

Tommy wanted to climb on the massive tree as well but he just didn't have the energy. He heard Tubbo scream which got his attention.

He saw Tubbo falling through the branches, holding something?

Guess he got what he wanted.

Tommy didn't know what to do, Tubbo could possibly die in this situation.

Maybe he exaggerated on the die part.

"TUBBO!"
Tommy shouted out, watching the brunette panic on how fast they're falling.

"..fuck this shit.."
Tommy swore, though a bright light flashed before their eyes.

After a moment, Tubbo was standing safely, the creature in his arms glowing.
What the fuck?!

"Tommy you saved me!!"
Tubbo exclaimed to blonde haired, smiling and holding a fluffy object.
Tommy looked curiously at it.

"I did not save you..I think that thing did."
Tommy pointed at the..thing.
"Tubbo what's that?"

Tubbo held it closely to his chest and smiled.

"Hopefully Skeppy and Bads new pet!!"

"Pet?"

Tubbo revealed what was in his arms and a small little fox with multiple tails was still curled in it. Tommy was astonished. Impressed.

"You're giving that to them?!"
Tommy gasped, slightly jealous.

"Yeah! It's so cute right! Look at its little snout and ears!"
Tubbo petted the animal gently. Continuing to rant on about how smart he is.

"Now let's go back!" Tubbo marched back to the palace, somehow still with energy while a tired Tommy struggled to keep his eyes open.

When they came back it was 4am.

He wanted to go back to sleep but the small fox jumped on him, with his tongue sticking out. He turned the other way, facing to where Tubbos bed is but the fox pranced it's way in front of Tommy again.
