Chapter 3

-A dark room-

Sitting on a big trone, a woman with long gray hair watched her scepter.

???:"So, it appears the war will start very soon. The players already made the first move."

Her eyes went on a little girl kneeled in front of her.

Her hair were blond, tied in two long pigtails. Her black cloack covered almost everything.

???:"And apparently, this time the Grail chose you..."

She looked the girl with anger and disgust.

???:"I taught you the ritual and gave you a catalyst. You have everything you need to win this war. Because you WILL win, won't you?"

???:"Yes, mother."

???:"Good. Then get ready, and don't you dare to fail, Fate."

The girl stood up and opened her eyes, showing red pupils.

She slowly left the room without a word under the hard stare of the woman.

After she reached the corridor, she let out a sigh.

???:"So we're really doing this?"

She turned towards a young woman with orange hair. She also had dog ears and an orange tail.

Fate:"Arf..."

Arf:"You know what I think about it. Why are you working so hard for her?"

Fate:"We already discussed about this, Arf. I'm sure that if I can obtain the Grail, mother will return like she was before."

Arf:"How can you be so sure!? Did you already forget everything she had done to you!?"

Fate:"Arf, not an other word."

Arf:"Fate..."

She looked the girl with a very sad face. She really wanted to help her, but how if she was refused?

Fate:"I know what I'm doing. I will win this war."

She grabbed a small golden triangle.

Fate:"Let's get ready, Bardiche."

Bardiche:<<Yes sir.>>

-Heliport-

After the meeting with the head of the Yilisse family, Satsuki Kiryuin went right to the heliport.

The reason? Because she was waiting for her student to arrive.

It was hard to believe that she was the teacher of a Master, and was intrigued by the challenge.

That said, she wasn't sure she wanted to enter in a Holy Grail War.

Satsuki:'If I think that 10 years ago she...'

Her thoughts were interrupted as she heard the sound of the helicopter landing.

Satsuki:"They arrived."

When the helicopter landed, an old butler came out. He was holding a long black suitcase.

???:"It's a plasure to see you again, milady."

Satsuki:"The pleasure is all mine, Soroi. How was the travel?"

Soroi:"We danced for most of the time, but mr. Launchpad handled it good."

???:"Gee' mr. S, it sure went better than when I use a plane."

A big man with a double chin and dressed as a pilot came out. A small orange strand came out from his hat.
