Beside you

Chapter 5

Sabrina’s Pov -

I arrived on set early and went to tour around the place to get myself use to things . I thought i was the only cast member there but turns out Rowan was there too . She was reading her script when she looked up and saw me . 

“ Hey you’re Sabrina right ? Hope i didn’t get your name wrong , i’m always the clumsiest when it comes to remembering names. “

“ Hahaha no , you said it right and clear . Nice meeting you , we didn’t get the chance to talk yesterday by i’m pretty sure we’ll be best friends by the end of today’s filming “

“ I’m with you on that !“

“ Right on “

“ So uh .. you and Peyton seem really close . Are you guys like together ?”

“ No haha we’re just really good friends . We’ve been that way since elementary school . I actually talked him into being in this series “

“ Cool . So do you like him ? “

“ What ? Nooo “

“ Oh please , i know love when i see it “ She said giving me her cheesiest smile 

I laughed and we both got along so well after that . 

By 11.30 am all the cast members had arrived and we all went in to our characters . 

It was the scene where Riley and Maya first met Lucas in the subway train . Filming went great and in between one of the breaks , i talked to Peyton and told him he was doing a great job . 

“Cos you’re here , remember ?” He said while playfully giving me a brofist to the shoulder

We both stared at each other for awhile then smiled . Its like he wanted to say something but he couldn’t .

Peyton’s Pov -

I arrived on time at 11.30 am and immediately as i entered the studio i saw Sabrina . She was talking to Rowan and laughing at probably a joke she made up herself . Thats how we both became friends , because she joked about the sandwich i packed for lunch during recess in elementary school . I can’t remember why it was so funny but it made us friends . 

She glanced over at me and smiled and waved excitedly . 

We all went in to position and in our characters and started filming . In between breaks , Sabrina would come up to me and tell me i’m doing a great job , i wanted to hug her so bad but that would make things awkward . I also wanted to ask her out like on a date but nothing seemed to be coming out of me so we ended up staring at each other for awhile . Damn it .
