"and now the student from hogwarts attending the tri wizard is....... cedric diggory!" dumbledore boomed as hogwarts erupted into cheers. "good job cedric!" i said giving my best friend a hug. he smiled walking up to dumbledore.

"whoo!" i cheered as he walked up grabbing his name on the note.
-day of the 2nd trial-
"im so proud of you! you made it to the last trial!"i said as we walked to the lake where it was taking place. "thanks i couldnt have done it without my little cheerleader" he said rubbing my head messing up my hair. "stop" i said laughing. i let him walk ahead of me and jumped on his back. "woah!" he laughed putting his hands under my thighs to hold me up. i blushed putting my head into his neck to hide my face. "yea right your just friends" cho muttered pushing past us.
"twat" i mumbled looking up as she walked away. "ignore her, shes just jelous" he said dropping me when we reached the lake. "miss plz come with me" dumbledore said grabbing my arm. "w-why?" i asked confused getting pulled away from cedric. "where are you taking her?" cedric asked looking worried. dumbledore just kept walking pulling me along. next thing i knew i was frozen in place at the bottom of the black lake. i could see but i couldnt move my eyes or my body.
i sat there for about an hour. this must be apart of the contest. i saw cedric swimming towards me with a look of shock as he swam faster to me. he got to me looking into my eyes. he cupped my cheek with his hand grabbing my waist after detaching the string around my ankles. holding me he swam to the top of the water. once we had reached the top i was able to move and talk. "cedric!" i said holding him. "hey its ok i got you" he whispered to me swimming over to the dalk.
he picked me up onto the dock looking around to see who else was out of the water. "you won!" i said hugging him tight, also cause i was really cold. i pulled away still staying close to his face. he grabbed my face pulling me in, all the cheering around me faded. he grabbed my waist deepening the kiss. i ran my hands through his hair making him smile.
i pulled away for air smiling widly. "cedric digggory makes 1st place!" the announcer said making the crowd ereupt into cheers.

he smiled with excitement getting hugs from all his friends. "good job ced" i said patting his shoulder.
