FRIDAY LUNCHTIME- HOPE'S PEAK ACADEMY
Y/n's POV:
"I think it looks really good already, Taro!" Kaede clapped her hands joyfully. Rantaro, keen on not losing his focus, simply nodded his head. Rantaro was painting Y/n's nails. It was Y/n, Rantaro, Kaede and Suichi in the library.

Y/n let Rantaro continue as they tilted their head back to peak out the door. They were curious as to what Miu, Kokichi, and Kiibo were doing across the hallway as soft laughter coming from the science lab. Y/n turned back to the table. Kaede was cheering for Rantaro as he stayed silent and Shuichi was reading a book.

15 minutes later...

"They're so pretty, thank you Taro!" Y/n laughed.
" You're welcome. Feel free to call me anytime you want yours done too Kaede!" He waved as he picked up his backpack and exited to his next class. After Rantaro left the  library, Kaede excitedly pulled your newly polished hands into her own. She went on and on about the school festival that was happening this Thursday. She invited you to go with the rest of the class and her.
"I don't know Kaede..."

"Please...? Almost the whole class is gonna go together! I don't you of all people missing!" Shuichi looked up from his book for a split second(looking personally offended)...

3rd Person Pov:
Miu stood behind the door to the library an listened in on Kaede and Y/n's conversation. She distracted Kiibo and Kokichi with a faux science experiment that was born to fail after she saw Rantaro leave the library

Miu whispered to herself"Who the hell would go to a dumbass school festi-"

"I guess I don't have anything better to do, so why not?" Y/n agreed.

Miu slid the door open and yelled," Hey bitches! Are you losers going to the school festival on Thursday?"

Kaede tried to answer," Oh yeah, we were just talking about tha-"

"Are you going Y/n?Why don't we go together? We could eat all the food you want! I'll even pay for it!So? How about it? You wanna go with me?" Miu pressed. Kaede was ready to call Miu out on her rudeness of interrupting her but then realized what she was trying to do. So Kaede, being the person that she is took a step in before Y/n could answer.

" Hey Miu, isn't there going to be a science booth where they're hosting a competition? Maybe you should sign up!"It took Miu a second to catch on.

"Really? Are you actually gonna participate in that Miu? There's no way I'd miss that if you're entering!" Y/n laughed.

"Uh...Um..W-w-w-well..I-"Miu stuttered at Y/n's sudden excitement, but if that's what it takes for Y/n to see her shine she'll do it.However, since Kaede helped her, Miu decided to return the favor.Flustered, Miu turned around and placed her arm around Shuichi's shoulder,close enough to put him in a chokehold.

" Well hell yea I'm participating! The generous, gorgeous girl genius Miu Iruma herself-" Miu glanced at Shuichi," -and him... are gonna show up and show out all the bastards at that event! I swear on Shuichi's life!" Shuichi jumped up at the statement.

"Miu I don't think that's-"

"See ya later losers!" Miu pulled Shuichi out of the library and closed the sliding doors.Kaede and Y/n looked at each other with a look of both a look of excitement and nervousness.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON- MIU IRUMA'S HOUSE

"Alright Pooichi, listen here. You're going to be my assistant at this science competition alright?" Miu ordered,sinking her the heel of her shoe into the white couch.

"I didn't agree to this-"

"Fuck that! I'm being your wing woman, do you know how hard it is doing that for a dumbass like you?"

"Wing-woman? For what?"

"Duh! Kaede!Do you want my help or not? Because I need yours more thank you know!" Shuichi covered his face with a Junko Enoshima magazine and agreed to Miu's conditions. Kiibo and Kokichi knocked on the front door.  Miu opened it and walked the two to the couch where Shuichi sat.

"Alright losers. Tims to get this show the road!"

The group practiced their experiment for days, each with their different reasons for doing so.

Miu: Get Y/n to notice her
Shuichi: Get Kaede to notice him
Kokichi: Purposely trying to piss off everybody
Kiibo: Was invited and just wanted to spend time with his friends

TUESDAY MORNING- ROOFTOP GARDEN OD HOPE'S PEAK ACADEMY

" Hey Iruma-san I got a question..." Kiibo stopped walking and tilted his head up to Miu.The two were looking for a certain flower to use in their experiment while Kokichi and Shuichi worked down in the lab.Miu stopped walking and turned to face him.She lifted her right brow." Why are you doing all this? You know, you're the ultimate inventor. Why would you do such a simple flower experiment if you wanted to win?" He questioned.

"Because...it's personal okay?" She turned back around, flustered.

"Okay I'll tell you! The truth is...."

HAHAH CLIFFHANGER. Okay so tell me. Go back to the last oneshot I wrote and tell me, did my writing skills get better?

Anyway this is part 1. Meaning after part 2, I'll only have 1 more oneshot to do before I choose to reopen requests. My school is on break next week so hopefully I'll have time to write more stories. I hope you guys enjoyed!!💜💜💜
