Rain
When it rains
the world cries
the rain can bring joy
dancing and laughter
a romantic scene
the pitter patter of your heart
a constant knock at your soul
asking for entrance to a new home
The rain can bring sadness
and set the mood for your day
tears all around you
you shed some of your own
missing those sunny days
when the rain had dispersed
when the clouds hover by, a constant threat
the sun is there for comfort
let me be your sun when it rains
chasing away those dark days
