Only 7 days until Christmas!!!!!! Will have a Christmas poem uploaded. Remember Jesus is the reason for the season. Thanks to everybody who reads and I hope you all have a Happy Holidays. A Dangerous Game
We go round and round
playing this game
but I'm getting tired
of feeling ashamed
I've gotten tired
of acting like it's alright
when all we really do
is yell and fight
will this problem ever resolve
or will we continue
our constant bickering
how much do you have left in you
I've pressed every button
hit every nerve
and I can always trust
you'll give back what I serve
lies floating in my mind
that you feed to try and satisfy
but I see the truth behind your eyes
and the fear you hold inside
nothing has gotten better
it all seems to get worse
but you don't seem to understand
that you can't just hit reverse
make a new foundation
build off of that
and maybe it'll get better
starting from brand new from scratch
