I hadn't heard anything from Ice all day, he didn't answer the phone or read messages. I tried not to get too caught up in the what ifs but my mind was racing. He could've been anywhere in Miami shit he could've even gotten arrested by now.

I walked in the door being greeted by Gi hugging my legs and picked him up. Ash was sitting on the couch scrolling through her phone before she looked at me and got up.

"You might wanna see this shit" She said handing me her phone. A live was playing and a crowd of people had begun to form at a burning building.

"What's this gotta do with me?" I asked still not taking my eyes off the screen.

"Look closer girl" she said standing next to me watching it. Police and firetruck sirens started ringing out and the crowd disbursed.

I stared at the building before realizing that was Kosmíc that had been completely destroyed.

"Oh my gosh" I said completely stunned looking back at her. She smirked nodding her head and taking her phone back.

"Yea whatever going on I got a feeling it ain't gone end too well for nobody...I don't think nobody there but who the fuck is crazy enough to burn down a building in broad dayligh-...wait a minute"

"Yea, I'm thinking the same thing I need to get Ice on the phone now before everything start popping off-"

I pulled my phone out just as there was a knock on the door. I put Gi down and rushed to answer it without even thinking about who could be at my door. Two guys were standing there, one looked high and the other looked rough, like somebody Cairo would keep around.

"You babymama right" The high one said looking me up and down.

"Nope listen I don't know who y'all are but I don't have kids" I lied moving to shut the door, just my luck Gi ran up hiding behind my legs.

"Damn he look just like Cairo why you lyin' babygirl we ain't here to hurt you just passing a message on" The other one said as they turned their attention back to me.

"I really don't give a fuck what y'all got to say you don't come to my house to 'deliver a message' if Cairo got some shit to say to me then he can call it's that simple" I snapped at them both but they just stood there with the same expressions as before.

"It's really no need to get an attitude...listen when Ice come back over here cause we know he will let him know he just started a war it'll be on site"

"Ma whats on sigh?" Gi interrupted causing us all to look down at him. I was getting so pissed off I'd forgotten he was even still right there.

"Don't worry about it right now go sit down I'm coming" he ran off and Asha walked upof course with my fun.

"Damn y'all real hostile we ain't even come up here with no guns-"

"We kinda did Jah-"

"Why don't y'all just leave Ice ain't here obviously or y'all wouldn't even be alive right now" Asha said looking the other guy up and down for a minute. "Ain't your name Krystal or somethin'?" She asked turning her attention to him.

Jah and I both caught ourselves trying not to laugh but quickly straightened back up.

"Kristo baby you lucky you fine as hell just disrespectful as fuck" he said stepping forward, she held the gun up causing him to back up some.

"Write your number down for me I'll be in touch" she winked thinking I didn't see her but it was clear as day what she was doing.

"Listen we not doing this how right now this situation turn into a number exchange between y'all two damn y'all said what y'all had to say so leave already" I snapped getting more fustrated, Jah looked at me licking his lips before turning and walking away but Kristo didn't follow.

"Can I get a napkin and a pen at least damn who carry paper around with them"

"Look Krystal I see what you doin' and it ain't workin' bye get off my property" I told him closing the door and locking it and walking away.

Asha followed quickly behind me smirking, "Why you cockblocked me he was cute I sensed big dick energy"

"Mommy whats big d-"

"Gi stop repeating everything you hear please" I shot Asha a look but she just smiled.

All this occuring and I hadn't even gotten the chance to take a shower yet. I grabbed my phone out my purse and headed upstairs checking it, Ice had texted that he was coming over for a little bit later on tonight and it was safe to say that he was trying to lay low for now. I filled up the jacuzzi tub and lit candles before getting in and relaxing some.

As always something had to ruin the moment and I heard my phone vibrate.

The devil- Did you get my message?

I rolled my eyes placing it back on the side and laying my head back. I wasn't even in the mood to entertain whatever he had going on. I honestly wouldn't mind in this moment if he disappeared for a little bit, I tried to have patience toward him because we were basically connected forever but he damn sure made it hard to do. I heard my phone vibrate once again before checking it .

Before I could place my phone back down he was calling me and as much as I didn't want to answer I did; the last thing I needed was him popping up over here uninvited.

"Cairo what do you want? I'm so sick of dealing with you, you need help"

"Damn yo nigga got you turnin' on me forreal huh?"

"No YOU got me turning on you is it too hard to ask for some peace from your end? Why you can't just leave Ice alone and stay out of my relationship I might die from stress with all the shit you doin'"

"You deadass sayin' that shit to me when this nigga burned my shit down?!"

"He did it because your stupid ass shot at his mother, she's nice as fuck some things you just don't do"

"Its crazy you defendin' what he did over what I might have did..you know what I'll stop"

I sighed staring up at the roof for a minute, he hadn't hung up and neither had I. I heard him sigh on the other side of the phone but he said nothing for a while.

"Are we just gone sit here and breath or is this discussion over with finally?" I asked already expecting to be disappointed.

"You really like this nigga huh?" He said, and although I couldn't see his face I could already tell he was disappointed.

"It don't matter and it's none of your business, how about call and check on your son before he forget about you"

"Aight, I'll leave him alone..."

I paused sitting up trying to make sure I heard correctly, "You said what?"

"I'll leave yo nigga alone let's just go back to co parenting I miss Gianni anyway"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I really didn't believe what I was hearing. Cairo was too power hungry like a dictator he never stopped until he got what he wanted so for him to just suddenly say this would either mean god himself possessed his body or he was being deceitful and this wouldn't be the first time he'd done that.

"Okay...just text me when you-" I heard the line hang up before I even finished talking.

Something was definitely up.
