Ethel and I agreed to meet at Bistro Ravioli. I understand though. Hindi ata siya natulog kagabi.
As I walk to the restaurant, I notice that some people are looking at me. What the hell is wrong with them? I took a glance at my outfit, assuming there's a dirt or something but I saw none. Bahala sila dyan.
I waited for a few minutes bago makita siyang lumalakad patungo kung nasaan ako. "Good morning. Nag order ka na?"
Umiling ako sa kanya. Then, we tried to call the attention of the waiter near us. We asked for their menu so we can order. In the end, I chose a salad while she ordered for Spinach and Feta Cheese Ravioli. I guess we will enjoy our time. While waiting for our food, I told Ethel what Dimple and I discussed yesterday. Of course, only the business related ones. We were busy reviewing our plans when the food arrived. Wow. These are all mouth watering. Nagutom ako lalo. We decided to stop first and savor our meal.
What the hell!
My home. Ah, I remember so many memories. One of the best memories I have while studying here is how the university's ambience comforted me and helped me heal from a traumatic experience. But still, it saddens me every time I think about all those dreadful incidents. Anyway, this place is so therapeutic. Uwi't-uwi talaga ako dito.
I gave the guard my identification card before going inside the university grounds. I missed this place. I sat in one of the benches, and watched random students strolling. Some are with their friends, some are alone. I took a photo of the building and uploaded it in my Instagram account. I also captioned, 'After five years, I'm back.'
It was almost 9 in the evening when I arrived at Makati. I decided to take-out dinner so that I can still enjoy the scenery. Since I was craving for cookies, I bought a box of cookies at Banapple and a junior cake para may iuuwi ako sa bahay mamaya.
Magkano ba 'yung saakin?" I asked him dahil ayokong magkautang na loob.
"No need, Keesh. It's my treat. Nakakainis.
