Team 7!

Sorry for another short hiatus, back now!

Third person POV

"So how in the world did you expect this plan to work?" Kakashi gives a bored look with one eye at the three genin who sit tied up in front of him.

Naruto gives a frown."It was the best we got ok? We've been over this three times already, don't you know by now?"

"Yes, but it's so funny! How could you think this would work?!" Kakashi clutches his stomach while laughing.

Naruto struggles against the rope holding him back. "Leave it Naruto, there's no hope," Sakura looks at Naruto's squirming.

"I agree with pinky here, you cute little genins suck, I thought you guys actually had some teamwork but Sasuke here decided to fireball when your clones were on me. Totally stuffed up the plan!" Kakashi eye smiles.

Naruto's stomach grumbles. "I'm so hungry, ya know?" Following in nods of agreement, all three genin poof out of existence, the rope going slack.
'Shadow clones?' Kakashi thinks to himself.

Kakashi feels a kunai press against his back. "So let's get some food," Naruto finishes.

Kakashi fakes a sense of shock, but turns around fast and disarms what is now the real Naruto, pushing him to the ground with a hand behind his back.

"Nice try Naru, but still not enough,"

Naruto turns his head to face Kakashi. "Who said we ware done?" Looking curiously, Kakashi looks up and sees Sasuke standing 2 metres in front of him, with a demon wind shuriken in hand.

Kakashi jumps off Naruto, and proceeds to dodge the over-sized shuriken, letting it fly past him, until he sees the ninja wire attatched to the flying object. Watching it turn back to him, he jumps over it, and goes through hand signs while in the air.

'Water style: water bullet jutsu'

Kakashi let's out a torrent of water, as he sees Sasuke run through his own hand signs.

'Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu'

Fire and water clash, steam filling the area. Jumping out of it, Kakashi let's out a new jutsu.

'Wind style: Great breakthrough'

The steam began to disperse, revealing 3 Narutos and Sasuke rushing towards Kakashi.

"Let's go, Sasuke!" Naruto exclaims.

"Right!" Sasuke replies with a nod.

Rushing forward together, the 2 clones plus Naruto and Sasuke form a line and all throw any of their remaining weapons in the general direction of their sensei.

Trailing the weapons, the 4 ninja charge towards Kakashi. Looking at them lazily, Kakashi runs forward, a kunai in his hand.

Sasuke jumps on the palms of Naruto's clones and they push him forward, sprinting behind them. Kakashi intercepts Sasuke and throws him into a tree, dusting his hands off, he looks back to the 3 Narutos, until he hears a pop and a small amount of smoke cover the tree.

'Shadow clone?' Kakashi says inside his head.

"Fire style: Fireball jutsu!"

"Wind style: Great breakthrough!"

The wind jutsu from Naruto enlarges the Sasuke's fireball, engulfing Kakashi.

Waiting for the aftermath, the genin stare ahead, wide-eyed.

"I believe that's suffice," Kakashi says casually, dusting his hands.

Spinning around, Naruto and Sasuke see an almost completely unscathed Kakashi besides a small tinge on his vest.

"What? But you were right-"

"Substitution" Sasuke interupts.

"Precisely," Kakashi states.

"Great display of teamwork, this shows just how capable you are when you aren't butting heads, you have good potential as a duo..." He continues.

"Unfortunately, Sakura made no appearance, and so she fails, and doesn't get any lunch," Kakashi eye-smiles.

"Sensei?" Sakura taps his shoulder, appearing behind him.

Kakashi does a 180, and gives an over-dramatic gasp. Making Sakura smile and Sasuke and Naruto smirk, noticing the bells in her hand.

"Genjutsu." Kakashi says deflated. "You guys pass."

Giving a wide grin, Sakura gives the boys a smile.

"Time for lunch!"
