Chapter Twelve

#12 It's Over For Us

(Y/n)'s POV

I return home through my window, I change into some nice and cozy clothes, lay down in my bed staring at the ceiling, with the lights off.

I thought, and thought. At the end of the day I just brought myself to forget about it for this moment.

I close my eyes, not trying to fall asleep, but I ended up falling asleep.

I wake up, and get into the shower. I took a nice, and warm shower. Felt nice, for once I felt like I was at peace.

But as soon as I got out, it was a different feeling.

I would soon have to face reality, I never thought I'd have to. So I never prepared myself.

I dried my body, and my hair. I get dressed into some casual clothes white ripped jeans, black t-shirt, and I throw my (h/l) (h/c) hair into a messy bun. I grab a black jacket, which was Tobio's. I also grab another jacket, it was baggy, and a dark grey.

I throw Tobio's jacket in my backpack, I grabe my backpack on and head down the stairs. I skip breakfast, I put my shoes on by the door. They were (s/b) and they were black, with a bit of white on them.

I walk out the door, and Daichi comes out behind me handing me breakfast.

"No thanks," I refuse.

"No, I insist you eat." Daichi replies.

"I'm not hungry," I lie, I mean I wasn't lying, but I was. I didn't want to eat, but I was a bit hungry. I just couldn't eat.

"Please, eat a little. It'll get your immune system going." Daichi insists.

"Fine," I take the food, and eat a bit or two. That was it, I hand it back to him. He eats the rest.

We get to the school for Volleyball practice early.

I set my bags down, and Daichi goes to the club room. I go to the closet, and start setting up the net and all.

Everyone starts arriving to the gym, I see Tsukishima, Yamaguchi, Daichi, Sugawara, Ennoshita, and then I see Hinata and Tobio walk in...

I see Daichi start going over to Tobio, and Hinata angrily but Suga stops him.

I walk over to Tobio, and Hinata. Tobio turns away.

"What, you can't even look at me after what you did?" I ask, "Look at me when I'm talking to you."

He looks at me bluntly, he looks emotionless.

"Kageyama." I hear Daichi call.

"Daichi, go away. I'll deal with this." I say to him.

"No-"

"Daichi. Come on, we should practice, let them work it out." Sugawara interferes, and luckily that gets Daichi away.

"Kageyama?" I call, because he was zoning out. I got no response, "Tobio?" I call once more.

"Huh?" He snaps out of it, "Yes, (y/n)?" He asks.

"We need to talk," I say.

"Okay," Kageyama replies, and Hinata stay next to him.

"Alone," Hinata then leaves, leaving Kageyama and I together, "Were not gonna work anymore Kageyama.. You've seemed to of found someone new, and I think I'm better off alone right now." I say, although I didn't mean all of it.

"Let me explain-" Kageyama tries.

"Sorry, but I already told you I think I'm better off alone and you found someone." I say, and frown. "This is goodbye," I could feel a lump growing in my throat, liquid threatening to come out of my eyes.

I run off, I run to the bathroom. Where I wouldn't see him, or anyone I didn't want to see.

I sit on the toilet in a stall, my legs were up on the toilet seat as well. My knees upto my face, I wrap my arms around my legs, I lag my head down, and start sobbing quietly.

I was interrupted by a knock on the stall I was in.

"Can you go away, I wanna be alone right now." I try hiding my emotions.

"No, I won't go. I can't go, I just got here." A familiar voice replies.

"Please just leave me alone-" I was interrupted, by the familiar voice walking in.

My eyes widen, not expecting who I saw in front of me.
