LJ and Jason are like protective parents when it comes to Vine. They were the first he really bonded with, and they have very different approaches to protecting him. For example, if you hurt him physically or mentally, Jason will just follow you for weeks to make sure they realize they fucked up. LJ will raise hell if something happens to Vine. Between Jason and LJ being protective dads to Vine and Gale being a protective boyfriend, it's safe to say if you do or say something mean to Vine, you better fucking run.
