"Jimin?" He's besides me, his hands still tied with rope.

"Come with me."

I'm still, completely motionless.

He rolls his eyes. "Amira, the soldiers of the palace are coming. You're going to kill a thousand men?"

"I-I'll try to," I manage to say.

"You may be strong, but don't be stupid." He lifts up a trap door on the ground. I look down to complete darkness.

He goes down. I follow him.

Using my sword, I cut the rope from Jimin's hands and legs.

He lights up a lantern and leads us on a path.

"Where are we?"

"Erden's made a secret tunnel in your kingdom. We didn't survive for years without trying, you know," he explains.

"Ah..." I nod.

"Speaking of surviving... thank you for helping me survive. You saved me."

I look down. "But I couldn't save Chinua."

Jimin is silent.

"She's gone and it's all my fault."

"Yeah, probably..." Jimin grumbles.

I smack his shoulder. "Do you even have a heart? You knew her since childhood, you were almost engaged to her, yet you can't even say anything comforting."

He shrugs.

"Oh, I forgot. You only look at people as pawns for power. You've never felt anything for anyone in your life." I sputter.

"Not for anyone?" He looks at me. "Now, that's a complete lie."

"Then who?"

"I feel something for my father..." He scratches his head. "Oh yeah, that's just disgust and hatred."

I shake my head. "Exactly."

"I felt.. Something for you once."

"What?" I'm taken back.

"Oh come on Amira. Don't pretend you don't know."

I raise my brow. "Know what? I'm not pretending!"

He looks down. "I had a crush on you, okay!"

I turn away, hoping he won't see my reddening cheeks in the dim light.

"Oh, yes the whole childhood bad boy with a crush on the girl he bullies trope. Very original, Jimin."

"Yes, I was a mean person. Yes, I said and did terrible things. But I was trying to get on your father and the King's good side! They liked those bad things!"

I roll my eyes. "So it magically solves my trauma?"

"No, it doesn't." Jimin sighs. "I'm sorry for the pain I caused you. But hey, those bad things made you The Warrior you are today, right?"

I laugh bitterly. "Sure."

"Yes, I was a bad person." Jimin admits. "But let's not pretend that your people haven't traumatized, killed and stolen from my people for years."

"Okay true. You got me there." I agree. "But why would you even have a crush on me?"

Jimin laughs. "Sometimes those feelings can't be explained. Maybe it's because you were different."

I snort. "Oh yes. I'm different from all the other girls... Very original."

Jimin stops in his tracks. "You're not just different from other girls. You're different from other men. You're different from everyone."

"Oh, really?" I cross my arms.

"Yeah." Jimin admits. "And it's not like those feelings ever went away..."

"They didn't?"

"They were laying low after all the royals left the kingdom. I left for years, but when I returned and I met you again... The feelings were rekindled. And now I think about you in a way an enemy shouldn't."

"But you're not my enemy anymore." I tell him.

Jimin turns towards me and steps closer. "I'm not?"

"Yeah..." I avoid his gaze. "My father is."

Jimin laughs to himself. "Right... Let's just keep going."

"What's the point?" I sigh. "Chinua is gone. I don't think I have any will left."

"Now how could the symbol of hope lose hope?" Jimin shakes his head. "We're almost there."

"Where?" I ask. "There's darkness all around us!"

Jimin chuckles. "At the end of the tunnel... There's always light."

"Huh?"

"Well, at least this tunnel." Jimin pushes a door I didn't realize was there, and leads us to a grand room.

"The Warrior is here!" Hundreds of people cheer.

I see so many familiar faces of my friends. Suga, Jin, Kookie, Hobi, Erhi, Joon-

"Amira, you're okay!" Taehyung runs towards me and embraces me.

He wraps his arms around my shoulders and pulls me in close. My pain withers away when I was with him. Nobody has ever made me feel this safe.

Taehyung places his warm hands on my cold cheeks. "You're not hurt, right?"

I shake my head.

Jimin sighs, watching us embrace each other.

"I'm hurt though," Jimin says. "Right here."

He points to the left side of his chest.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: ahhh, this chapter was for all the jimin x amira stans..

I am still unsure of who amira is going to end up with.. I hope the ending of this story is satisfying though, regardless :)
