Izuku POV.
After Bakugo and I finished our talk and made plans again for this weekend, he left while I went to work looking at some of the resume's that Tsu and Ochako had collected. Unfortunately for me I had a hard time getting focused. I couldn't stop thinking about Bakugo, the very idea that he has interest in me is still surprising and it's very exciting for me and my omega to hangout and talk with him. Of course my omega and I worry a lot about talking with him and getting too close as well; we wonder what his intentions truly are. Too bad I can't read his mind. Todoroki really gave us some trust issues with Alpha's didn't he? But Katsuki is hot isn't he?
I only realized I've been spaced out for 30 minutes, just thinking about Katsuki, when Ochako comes over to my table and startles me.
"You're falling~" Ochako states, looking down at me.
"Falling?"
"Fallin' in love."
"I am not falling in love Ochako! I've only met him twice! It's just pre-heat hormones, or somethin'," I mumble through the last sentence, and she doesn't look very convinced by my excuse and gives me a look that says, "try again."
"I can't be with Ochako. No matter how great it may feel being next to him and talking with him I can't trust him. How can I be expected to just let him into my life after he shattered my heart. Alpha's are not to be trusted," I say, trying to explain my reluctance.
"It doesn't have to be all or nothing deku. Get to know him, see where it goes. I know he did a serious number on your emotional state and your willingness to interact with Alpha's but you have to try with this okay. No one is expecting you to do anything other than try, okay?"
"Yeah, alright. Thanks bestie."
"Anytime. Now why don't you get home watch a movie or something, and I'll help decide who to interview when I get home later."
"Will do. I need a nap, " I say with a soft giggle. I then grab my stuff and head out of the cafe.
