Chapter -5 Not what it seems

" Question " said Ria 

" Yeah , what is it ?" said Rita 

" If Mr.Roberts is grandpa 's arch nemisis , then does that mean that the whole family is grandpa's , enemy , cause that would be twice as bad " 

" Only one way to know " said Rita 

" What ? how ?" said Ria 

" Look what mom texted me - she said that we were invited to dinner at their house , great ! what can be worse than eating dinner at your arch enemy's house " 

" How come i didn't receive it ? ........ oh great the battery's dead " said Ria 

" I told you to charge while we were on the cab ! " 

" I wasn't listening okay ! "

" oooof course you weren't " 

" What do you mean ' of course i - "

She was cut short by an announcement 

" And that concludes our welcome party , thank you one and all for coming ! " said grandpa 

" Come Rita and Ria , let's go " 

Their grandpa , who was taking them home 

" Grandpa you look a little tense ..... why may i ask ? " said Ria in her suspicious voice 

" Oh nothing just tired you know , just can't wait to get home and take a nice long nap after a tiring day ! "

" Ummmmmmm gramps , we have to go to dinner tonight , remember ? " 

" Oh , right " 

said grandpa with a rather , unpleasant voice and almost conveying the message that he did not want to go 

When they reached the house , they freshened up , took  some rest and got ready for their dinner at the Vixen's house 

Rita and Ria were wearing simple dresses , as it was not a traditional festival , and also because of what happened last time they wore fancy dresses like , gowns

" Remember the last time you wore a gown ! " said Ria in a happy and teasing tone 

Rita shuddered 

" ughgghghhggh  , IT WAS SO FREAKING SWEATY THAT I WAS LITERALLY DRENCHED IN SWEAT FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND IT WAS FREAKING SUMMER TIME AND I TOTALLY REGRETED IT .......how a come you didn't sweat ? "

" Well ........ i sweated a little , but not that much , and I haven't got the damnest idea of how you sweat so much "

When they were in their room getting ready , their younger brother Samarth had already made a ruckus 

" But i don't want to wear it !!" cried Samarth 

It were shoes . Just goddamn shoes , why was he so afraid of it ? well, when he was small , until one faithful day , just a normal day going out to play and then BOOM just when he was GOING to put on his shoes , a tiny little larvae just crawled out , poor thing it had been in hell , god knows for how many hours it had been there as it was stinky as garbage 

Not only the bug but Samarth was also petrified , he never wore shoes until it was absolutely nessecary . 

Back in the twins room , Rita and Ria were making a plan 

" I see this as the perfect oppurtunity to look for clues ! " said Rita 

" But i thought you hated going to dinner at-"
