Chapter 3

I arrived at the castles in Volterra. I was walking down a passage way, when I saw a blonde woman I could only assume was Heidi. Da- I mean Edward, told me stories about her. How she took humans on 'tours' to the castle, and they never came back out. "Hello Heidi, I need to speak with Aro. Could you show me were to go." I said politely. "Ah Thalia, Aro will be pleased that you accepted his offer." she said, smiling. She led me down a few hallways, then stopped at a door. "Wait here. I will check to see if he wants to see you." she said, stepping through the door. I waited until Heidi came back. "He will see you now," she said. I thanked her, and went through the doors. I stepped in to see three men sitting on throwns. I knew that they were Cauis, Markus, and Aro. Then there was a boy and girl that looked about the same age as me standing to the left, and two men standing to the right. "Ah Thalia, what a surprise to see you here. Are you here to accept my offer?" He said, starring at me. "Yes. I have recently learned that I am not as appreciated in the Cullen Coven as I thought." I said sadly. "Ah they do not deserve you child. They do not see you potential , but I do. Let me take a look." he said holding out his hand. I gave him my hand. "Oh, you poor child. I can see why you left. You are welcome in the guard, but we must see a demonstration of you gift." he said smiling. "Of course. Markus laugh!" I said. Markus began to laugh. "Stop" he stopped instantly. "Magnifico," said Aro. "Alec, Jane show her to her room." he said. We walked dow the halls in silence, I took a good look at both of them. Jane was very pretty, her blonde hair and red eyes went together nicely. I then looked at Alec. He was beautiful, with his crimson eyes and brown hair. Soon we got to my room. "Please change into the clothing we provided for you." said Jane. "I will be down the hall if you need anything.
