Dylan snorted when she watched Finn get slushied by Karofsky from her locker. Another day that makes her think how grateful she is that she is who she is and has never been slushied. 'And I never will.' She thinks walking to glee. She wondered where Star and AJ since they hadn't been in school all day, was when her phone buzzed. She pulled it out and saw that she had gotten a message from Star.

My Main: AJ and I aren't coming in today. She's sick and you know how she gets when she's sick

Dylan groaned annoyed already feeling the day dragging along slowly. She could always skip, but Hiram is pulling her dad's leg about how much school she's missing.

'High school is the best time of your life Dylan. You don't want to throw it all away by sitting on your butt at home writing music and watching TV do you?' Is what he said. It pissed her off because most of the time he never really gave her the time of day because she was around before dad even met him and she never really like him for her father but he makes him happy so she deals with him. Plus he is Rachel's other dad and she doesn't want her to know what it feels like to lose a parent. Plus what does he know? Music is basically her  life so if she wants to spend all her time at home writing music instead of going to school then that's what she wants to do. It's not really a smart way to think but it's what she's passionate about and what brings her close to her mother so quite frankly, she doesn't really give a damn.

"This is a disaster. Our reputation as McKinley High's "it" couple is in serious jeopardy if we don't find some way to be cool again, Finn." Dylan elbowed her sister who was watching the two intently. Rachel jumped turning to give her sister a harsh glare making the older girl think back to what she had done lately to render such a look from her sister.

"Stop staring. People already know you like him and that's making them see you as a target even more because in their eyes you're trying to ruin 'McKinley High's "it" couple." She advised worried for her sister's health. She has never felt a slushy in her life since practically everyone in this school is terrified of her but she knows for a fact that it could easily do something bad to someone and she'll be damned if she allows that person to be her sister or anyone in this room really... except Finn. She really hates the lumbering fool.

"I could say the same thing to you. You practically flirt with Quinn in front of the whole school." Rachel whispers. Dylan rolled her eyes. Yeah the whole school knows she's queer, but everyone thinks she and Quinn are just really close friends. 'Friends flirt all the time. Look at Santana and Brittany- okay that's a bad example everyone with eyes can see those two feel something for each other but still look at AJ and I we've been best friends since birth and we can be pretty flirty at times.' she thought.

"They just think we're friends little sister."

"Yeah friends that flirt."

"Semantics sis." Dylan smirked.

"The slushy war has commenced." The siblings heard Kurt say. Once again Dylan rolled her eyes. She was in a room with the most dramatic people on earth. Her future girlfriend being one of them.

"And if Finn and Quinn got nailed, none of us are safe."

"May I remind you all that I have yet to be slushied. And I never will be slushied. Wanna know why? These punks are legit scared of me. They wouldn't come near me with one of those even if their mother demanded it." Dylan said proudly. Rachel rolled her eyes shaking her head at her older sister.
