(Y/n) was running down the street to get to the hotel. As she held her wounded bleeding stomach tears falling. While running trying to get away from the very demons who caused the wound, three overlords who were responsible. Seeing the hotel not too far (Y/n) trips her foot getting caught in a small hole in the ground,

Holding her hands out to break her fall, scraping them. She winced in pain. Taking deep breaths putting pressure back on her wounded stomach to stop the bleeding, her ears stand straight up one turning in the direction of running footsteps.

Coming her way. Three running footsteps. Trying to get back up to run back to the hotel, but decided to run and hide. Before she could she fell. Body weak and sore from fighting, and also tired from the amount of blood she lost.

Hearing the footsteps, her last only option would be to call out for her mate. Shifting into her deer form which caused her so much pain which causes her to bellow out in pain. Hoping her love heard her before she passed out.

With Alastor sitting in the main lobby reading the news. Charlie, Vaggie, And Angel in the lobby as well. Husk was in his room sleeping while Nifty was in the kitchen. Alastor jumps forward in his seat like he is in pain.

His claws go through the newspaper then reaching and grabbing his ears.

Charlie looks over hearing the sound of paper ripping. Seeing that Alastor is hunched forward grabbing his ears, she walks over to him. "Alastor? What's wro-"

Before she could finish her sentence he snaps his head to her eyes shifting to radio dials and back.

Letting go of his ears hearing a familiar call, getting up out of his seat. Running out of the hotel. Looking around he takes off running again.

Angel takes off after him. "The fuck?! Why are you runnin' off like a batshit crazy demon?!" Alastor doesn't respond.

Three overlords stand over you. Coming back to consciousness (Y/n) looks at them. Seeing no other than Valentino, Velvet and Vox. Val smiles evilly at you, Vox walks over and stomps on you causing you to bellow out in pain again.

"You look like you don't have long left, have you ever wondered?" Bending down face close to yours. "What a second death will be like?" With that Vox raises his hand before being blasted away. Lookin over he sees his rival Alastor. Holding his staff in his hand aimed right at Him.

Vox just laughs evilly. "I'm not even gonna bother fighting you Alastor, I already got what I wanted" the three of them. Val, Velvet and Vox hop in Valentino's limo heading back to the Studio.

Angel makes it on time seeing Alastor make his way towards you, a puddle of blood underneath your wounded stomach. Angel's eyes widen walking towards you, Alastor shakes seeing the state you're in.

Tonight

He gently lifts you up in his arms holding you. "(Y/n)?...sweetheart?.."  Alastor looks down at you, opening your eyes you look up at him lifting your head up a bit. "I'm here, dearest..I am here"

Shifting back from your deer form. Into your demon form, "Alastor..." you weakly say. "Don't talk love, don't waste your strength"

Charlie and Vaggie finally arrive at the scene seeing Alastor holding you in his arms, his infamous smile twitching down to a frown seeing his beloved mate possibly dying in his arms. Angel fights the tears threatening to fall.

"Alastor...our fawn.." shaking his head lowering his head to you, placing his forehead against yours, "shhh love, don't speak. Please.." lifting your hand placing it against his cheek,

"Alastor...love please...take care of our fawn.." tears fall down his face, his smile now a frown, as he shakes from the very pain he is feeling. Knowing that his lover, mate and best friend may not make it. "(Y/n) don't leave me.."

Angel looks over at Charlie clenching his fists with tears falling down his face not caring, "heal her!" She rushes over as she begins to try and heal you. "The wound is deep..she'll need stitches if this works" Alastor watches "just heal her dear Charlie!"

You rest your head against his chest listening to his heartbeat. Your eyes begin to close slowly, "I feel tired.." shaking his head, putting one of his hands against your cheek. "Mon amour, don't close your eyes. chère, keep them open"

With every bit of strength left you have, you try to keep your eyes open. But you fail, as darkness closes your vision you hear Alastor yell your name as his voice fades out. As well as your vision.

Tonight

Alastor buried his head in the crook of your neck Charlie keeps on healing you but stops once she sees that Alastor body tensed up, his grip on you tightens pulling you away from Charlie. Her eyes widened. Alastor felt you take your last breath.

At that moment Alastor felt the pain he was feeling get worse for he lost his mate, lover and best friend. All the emotions he felt, Rage, Sadness, Grief. All came rushing to him. But he remembers what you told him,

That he must take care of his and your fawn now. And so he will, but right now all he wanted to do was grieve his loss. Then he will kill the three who did this to you, who took his Mate, and the mother of his child away from them. "je t'aime mon cher"
