Chapter 4 | Dad Jokes With The Radio Demon

Charlie's POV

It's been Two days, since the cast incident Y/n eventually calmed down, and has been acting like nothing happened. but Angel was worried about what happened to her the two of them were close, even Vaggie and I was worried. We had him go and talk with her after, we knew she was calm enough to explain so we could find out what happened, to try and get her side of the story. So now here we are. Vaggie, myself, Angel and Alastor since the casino was in his Territory. Us four are in the library talking about what happened.

"She told me that she was grabbed, and some wolf demon tried to rape her," Angel says looking at me, while we wait for him to respond "she also told me, that he knew her. So I'm guessing he may have been some old friend of hers, or maybe an ex boyfriend an a relationship went wrong" I grip my pants listening to angel explain more. Once all of us was done talking and leave the library we saw Y/n talking to Husk, who looked very annoyed for some reason.

"I swear to Lucifer," Husk pinches the bridge of his nose "if you tell one more dad joke, I will not allow you to have your (f/d)" Y/n eyes widen, then smirks "oh come on Husk, you know you enjoy them!" "Kid, you are starting to get on my last nerve, so how about you bother the hell outta someone else" Y/n still sits where she's at, Husk glares at her while Niffty runs over to them "So Husk, Can February March?" He just groans in annoyance rubbing his face "no, can it?" "NO But April May!" With that she falls back off the stool laughing while Niffty just looks at her with a 'really?' look while Y/n is just laughing

I'm trying not chuckle, but Alastor looks impressed at the dad joke. He walks over "My Dear! That was quite a good dad joke you told!" He says, as I watch Y/n get up looking at him. "Uh, thanks Alastor. I like dad jokes"

Alastor's POV

"Uh, thanks Alastor. I like dad jokes" I widened my smile a bit more "Y/n dear, I didn't know you liked dad jokes! Why don't you tell me one then, dear" I watched as she rubbed the back of her neck, nervously as she looked down "if you say so," her hand that was rubbing her neck went to her chin as she thought of one. "Okay, here's one," she cleared her throat "What is the least spoken language in the world?" She started, I raised an eyebrow smiling more "what is it?" The dear tried not to chuckle so she could respond.

"Sign Language!" she tried not to laugh, while I chuckled "that is a good one dear Y/n" Angel groaned in annoyance from the dad jokes, while Niffty and Husk was shaking their heads. Charlie tried not to laugh.

"Great another one!! SHE'S JUST AS WORSE AS SMILES!" Charlie chuckled "I think Al is more bad at the dad jokes, he has been Telling them a lot more then she has" Everyone stops talking once Charlie's weird electronic device makes a noise, she walks away. Y/n sits on the couch and I just watch her, Charlie comes back fiddling with her fingers, "so, that was my dad. And," she pauses before taking in a deep breath.

I tilt my head to the side, Y/n looks at her waiting "he's coming over in two days, he heard about what happened at the casino, and he wants to see You Y/n" I looked over at Y/n, and her eyes went wide.

Y/n's POV

The only thing that was on my mind was why did Charlie's father, THE KING OF HELL would want to see me for!? I'm just a deer demon! There's nothing special about me, and now he's coming to the hotel in TWO days. Why would he want to talk about what happened in the casino? The casino was in a part of hell that's in Alastor's territory, so Lucifer wouldn't have to worry about that, the thing that I'm happy about is even being able to still be alive right now.

Alastor doesn't like it when another demon kills, in his territory but I didn't die, so I'm good there. All I did was just attack that asshole Mathew for trying to rape me in self defense I don't even know what to do when Lucifer arrives!
