i woke up to see everyone asleep so i just went upstairs and did my morning routine. after i finished getting dressed, i went back downstairs to see what i could cook.

"good morning" ryan said. "shit- good morning" i said kind of startled. "sorry, i didn't mean to scare you."

"it's fine, i'm about to cook breakfast."

she nodded her head. "mind if i take a shower?" she asked. "yeah definitely. the towels and washcloths are in the closet next to tia's room" i explained. "thanks."

while she was upstairs, tia had finally woke up. "morning" she said. "good morning"

"what are you cooking?" she asked. "waffles, eggs, bacon, and biscuits"

"sounds good. i'm going to go take a shower and get dressed" she told me. "ryan is in the bathroom, use the other one" i told her.

after like 15 minutes, they had both came downstairs and i had finally finished cooking breakfast. after we ate, we just watched tv for a bit until my mom came downstairs.

"hey girls, do you want to go to the mall so you guys can hangout?" she asked. "yes" we all said. "ok, let me just get my purse and keys."

"let me see your outfit again" tia said. i pulled a striped shirt and mom jeans out. "it's going to look great on you" ryan complemented. "thanks"

"ryan, what did you get?" tia asked. ryan pulled out a plain white oversized and some baggy jeans. "this is honestly so cute" i said. she thanked me and we continued to walk around the mall.

"guys oh my gosh, i just had the greatest idea" i said. tia and ryan both looked at me waiting to hear what i was going to say. "we should get matching tattoos!"

"riah, you're literally crazy."
"i mean, if your mom is ok with it, i'm down" ryan said. we all looked around for my mom, we found her sitting in the food court. "mom!" i said. "yes, mariah?"

"i had a crazy idea that ryan, tia, and i should get matching tattoos" i told her. "mariah! have you lost your mind?!" she said with a shocked expression upon her face. "i know it sounds crazy but i really want to do it before tia goes back home"

she sat there in silence then finally spoke up. "ok fine, but under one condition" she said. "you guys have to get a small tattoo, nothing bigger than the size of a nickel. got it?"

"got it, you're the best" i said while hugging her. "yeah yeah, let's go"

"does it hurt?" i asked tia. "not as much as i thought it would."

i'm not going to lie, i was scared to get a tattoo but i was glad they agreed to get one with me. "and you're done" the tattoo artist said. tia showed it to us. ryan and tia both had tattoos of a star.

it was finally my turn to get mines done. "can one of you hold my hand, please?" i asked. both tia and ryan held my hand. "alright, here we go" the artist said as they began to tattoo my wrist. it wasn't as painful as i expected.

after we got our tattoos done and paid, we went to go get something to eat. we chatted for awhile until my mom decided she was ready to go. once we arrived at my house, ryan gathered her stuff and left. "bye ryan, see you tomorrow" tia and i said. "bye guys."

tia and i went into my room to watch tv until we were interrupted with a phone call. i walked to the phone and answered it. "hello?"

"hey, is this tia? it's fourthgrade. i just wanted to call and check on you" fourthgrade said over the phone. "hold on, shes right here" i said, handing the phone to tia. she gave me a confused look. "hello? oh, hey fourthgrade!"

i left the room so they could talk in private. about 3 minutes later, i walked back in the room to see if she was ok. "hey, what was he talking about?"

"he just wanted to see if i were ok and if we were going to the shop tomorrow" she said. "oh, ok."

we then proceeded to watch tv and eat snacks.
