You were the light for me
When I was lost
in the darkness of life
You shined brightly for me
Until you were exhausted
You showed me the path to success
Keeping yourselves in agony
You went off all of a sudden
Where I was left alone
with the memories of your flickering
flame
And the lit journey behind.
