in this night of darkness
I shall cling to you
My eyes searched for you
You kept hiding from me
I travelled all through
the dawn and dusk
in pursuit to find you
You are my light
And I shall cling to you
You are a mystery
I failed to find you
I can't see you
But I felt your presence
I felt you hands embracing me
You let the vulnerable me
free from the cages
It was worth it
Coz you are the one
who could help me
move forward
You are nothing else
But hope.
