"Happy death day",he said and i frowned.
Who the hell does he think he is..
"Williams, you won again?".
"Oh yes I did. What are you going to do about it. Is he dead or is he in coma",he said and i stared at my husband lying on the bed.
I tried not to cry or get hurt by his words.
"I know you are looking at him right now. I'm pretty sure his face are bruised. Do you know i attacked him first"
"No",I bite my lips.
"Because i know he had something coming and i got to attack him before he does. He is also strong that's why i destroyed him. Its better he died this way because if he finds out your little dirty secret"
"That I was a gangster. i mean a gang leader. Are you going to tell him. Its my past and there is no way he is going to fall for that"
He laughed.
"No, i will just give it to the press",he said and i didn't give a damn about.
I was a gangster once. I can be a gangster now.
I had beat the hell out of bad guys and even killed once  and i can do it again.
Its my secret and I'm not afraid to share it to anyone.
"Meet me tomorrow at my apartment tomorrow and lets settle this"
He sighed, "I'm not talking"
"I don't want to talk either",I hanged up on him and stared at my husband.
I kissed his temple and smiled, "I love you"
I moved out and payed all his bills and discharged him.
I sent him home and placed him on the bed.
I sat close to him.
"I never knew your sister-in-law is so funny. I enjoyed playing with her",Alessandro bashed into the room.
"Oh.. what happened to him?",he asked moving close.
"He had an accident and William was behind it"
He stared at me for a while, "I never liked that guy anyway. He is sort of creepy and annoying"
"Yea.. i now realised it. I need to go to S.A. right now"
"Wait.. Then who is going to take care of him?",he asked.
"You",I said.
"Me? But i have to go to the states for some business"
"You are the boss, postponed it",i said leaving him.
The moment i held the door knob, I turned, "Don't tell Reena about what  happened"
"I won't.. Wait"
I turned and he hugged me," I don't want you hurt"
"I will be fine, i promise",I hugged him.
I quickly drove to the airport.
I had to do this my way.
Christian could have done anything to hurt him but he just couldn't hurt him because he thinks Williams is still my best friend.
But today i have to end it.

I moved into my apartment thinking of what to do next.
I sat down.
I was so angry and talking isn't my thing. I need to be patient to wait for him.
I don't want to eat.
My thoughts moved to Christian. I missed him already. I don't know what to do without him.
And i pray after ending this scene i will make sure i tell him the truth about being a gangster when i was in high school to University ..
But its pretty amazing at how i hide the truth from my parents.
I never gave them problems and they never knew about it.
I sipped my juice watching television waiting patiently till i fell asleep.
I woke up the next morning, freshened myself and sat down waiting for him.
Suddenly the door was knocked.
"Come in",I shouted and there was Williams.
He smiled at me. "Have a seat", I said.
"Are you ready to negotiate with me",he asked.
I  nod, "What do you want?"
"Its simple. I want you to marry me then i will keep your secret"
"I'm not getting married to you"
He smiled, "What did you say?"
"I'm not getting married to you",I shouted and to my surprise he kissed me roughly and squeezed my breast with both hands as i struggled on the couch.
He was on top of me, squeezing the breathe out of me.
I looked at him, remembering how this sweet man has really changed.
I closed my eyes, giving up. He can go on.
I started seeing images of Christian and me with a baby.
I opened my eyes and held his hands removing them from my neck.
"You are weak. I'm going to kill him so you will join him in hell"
He squeezed my neck more and i hit his balls.
He groaned as i pushed him and ran towards the door but he held my foot and pulled me till i fell on the floor making my head hit the floor.
I groaned in pain.
He was pulling me my feet as i kicked my legs as I held them. I struggled more and he let go of my legs and sat on top on me as he punch several times.
I felt my face sore.
"I taught you said you are a gang leader.
Show me what you got",He punched my cheek. I coughed. I can't take it anymore.
I moved away from him.
He laughed moving close to me, "If you have married me, everything would have changed"
He touched my cheeks and i pushed his hands from my face.
I punched him on his right cheek and he turned to the other side and i punched him again.
I decided to ran to the kitchen while he followed me.
He was holding a knife.
"What are you going to do",I asked and without answering, he decided to pierce me with the knife but i struggled with him using my strength and i was shocked when he groaned in pain.
I stabbed him.
He stared at me.
My eyes widened. Honestly i didn't want to do this.
"I'm sorry",I whispered.
"No, you are not",he smiled answering.
"Why are you smiling?"
"I'm smiling because  we are going to hell together",he said as his hands wrapped around my tightly and he stabbed with the knife too.
I groaned in pain.
I moved away from and pulled the knife from my belly.
I quickly dialed calling for ambulance.
I couldn't talked then suddenly darkness took me.

I woke up and realised i was in the hospital. My stomach was bandaged. I'm the dutchess of Cordonia and i saw the news on the television.
I groaned getting up.
Thankfully no one was at the hospital..
I woke up and moved out and guess there were police investigators as they questioned. I told them everything and also showed them evidence of what William did to Christian and i.
My mom and dad rushed towards me as they hugged me tight.
I groaned, "Mom, you are squeezing me",I said in pain.
"I'm sorry but i thought i lost you",She said with tears.
"Oh mom, I'm fine",I cleaned her tears.
I hugged my dad, "My sweet little princess,you scared the hell out of me"
"I'm sorry dad"
"What are you doing here? Where is your husband?",my dad asked and i told them everything.
"How could your bestfriend be so cruel?",my mom asked hugging me.
"I don't know mom, but he is going to pay for everything he did. You two should go home. I have booked a flight to live  tonight"
"Are you sure?",my mom asked.
"Yes mom, you can go. I promise to be okay and i promise to see you soon"
They kissed and i watched them leave.
I escort the inspectors to Williams ward as they handcuffed him on the bed. He was still asleep by the way.
"Thanks you so much for helping me out",I said.
"You are welcome, Miss",One of the inspectors said.
I smiled and walked out.
The pain I'm feeling in my stomach is unbearable.
Thanks to Jace, his guards drove me to the airport.
I arrived home, feeling exhausted. It was late in the evening.
I moved to the bedroom. I missed my husband.
I stopped at the bed when i saw a woman sleeping next to him.
She was wearing my night gown too.
Nora. Its Nora.
How dared her?
Her head rested on his chest while Christian sleeps peacefully.
I wonder were Alessandro was. How could he allowed her in my room.
I held my stomach. I moved on top of the bed and pulled her by the nightie.
I slapped her, "Get out!!",I shouted.
"I'm not going anywhere",she said and with anger, i pulled her by her hair and drugged her to the living room.
I allowed the guards  to throw her out.
I moved inside the room and sat close to bed staring at my husband's  face.
I touched his cheeks and he stared at me.
He gently opened his eyes smiling..
i smiled back.
"Happy birthday ",he whispered and i smiled.
"I'm sorry i couldn't make  it",he said.
"Don' worry"
"Oh my God, What happened to you?"
"I went to fight. Williams is arrested",I said and he pulled me into his arms.  None of us talked.
I just need this.
