Chapter 14~Preperation.

"So. What Im trying to say, is that Im a vampire. And you need to be safe whilst we battle the hybrids", I concluded. My parents and Leo exchanged looks. "We know that you're a vampire honey, doesnt matter how we know but we just do. And we will do whatever you ask of us. If you want us to stay at the Salvatore house then we will", my mom smiled. I breathed out a long breath I hadnt even realised I was holding with relief. "Come on. Lets get you out of here". Stefan took my family away and we organised sleeping arrangements.

Since the boys were being typical 'strong' protective men, each girl had to sleep with a boy atleast in the same room. Damon and I slept in my bed, Stefan and Elena took my parents' bed, Bonnie and Jeremy took Leo's bed, Caroline and Tyler slept on the couches downstairs, Matt slept on the ottoman by the window in my room and Elijah, Esther, Rebekah and Kol slept in their cars in my driveway. We each had alarms that could alert us of pottential danger if one of the Originals pressed a button when they saw something out of place. We also had walkie-talkies and torches. On our first evening, we ordered pizzas and had a pleasant evening together. At around 10, we all went to bed to make sure we had plenty of rest. Before all that, though, we made up a bathroom schedule, assigned dressing areas, layed down some ground rules et cetera. I actually slept like a baby that night! It was light having a slumber party. Id always had slumber parties with my friends but never like that. And especially not with that many people. I truly loved my second family.
