going home

A week had passed and today the vks were going home, finally after weeks they are going back~ and to make that happier Evie was with them.

Their flight would be on the afternoon so Evie spent the whole day with Caitlyn and Georgia. After hanging out for the whole day, Evie, Caitlyn and Georgia headed to the airport where they met Mal. Evie was currently talking to her friends, she knew that it would be long time again before they talk.

"I'm so gonna miss you" Georgia frowned as she hugged Evie tightly

"I'm gonna miss you too" Evie said returning the hug, Caitlyn joined the hug

"So, this is goodbye?" Evie asked as Caitlyn huffed

"This is not a goodbye you know, because you'll be my child's godmother and also you should be here at her birthday" Evie chuckled but nodded

"Yes Caitlyn, I'm so excited for you and Ryan" Evie said as she rubbed Caitlyn's stomach a little

"And also we will be visiting you in Auradon whenever" Evie's eyes widen

"Really?" She asked earning from the 2 making her squealed hugging them making Georgia and Caitlyn, well chuckle

"E," Mal interrupted them, she smiled softly "We have to go, the plane's ready"

Evie nodded "I'll see you guys soon" Evie said as she hugged her 2 best friends and went to Mal

Jay and Carlos was the first ones in the plane and they were followed by Blue then Mal, whilst Evie stood at the plane entrance scanning the whole airport, although it was already kinda dark out the airport light brightened the whole surroundings. Evie knew exactly that she was going to miss Hyperion, especially Georgia and Caitlyn.

"E, is everything alright?" Mal asked as she stared at Evie "Do you want to not fly today, we could just drive if you want~ of course it will take longer to get to Auradon but just for you we'll do it"

Evie shake her head as she approached her friends, lover and daughter "I'm fine~ I'm just going to miss this" she smiled

They took off a few minutes later and Evie was sat beside Mal and Blue was sat in her lap. It was a long tiring flight but there excitement was taking over more than tiredness. When they finally landed at Auradon, Evie smiled as she got out of the plane, she smiled and breathed the fresh air.

"Hi, Auradon. I miss you" she said to herself smiling

Blue ran to her and hugged side "It's beautiful isn't it mommy?" Blue asked grinning at her mother, Evie nodded

Mal, Jay and Carlos approached the 2 smiling

"It didn't change isn't it?" Mal asked Evie staring at her lovingly

"Yeah, it didn't" Evie agreed

"Welcome home, E" Jay and Carlos greeted her smiling her, they all shared a hug, when they let go they all rode the limo that they believed Ben had sent to get them. The limo went straight to Ben's castle

When they entered, they were told to go to the ballroom of the castle in which they did. When they've arrived everyone was there~ The sea 3, The Aks, Queen Belle and King Adam, Dizzy and Celia, Hades and Fairy Godmother~ everyone smiled widely as they all saw Evie

"Welcome home, Evie" Queen Belle smiled as their friends all ran to Evie hugging her, they couldn't help but sob~ they all missed Evie's presence and now that she's here. "We have a lot of catching up to do" Audrey said as they pulled away from the hug

"I know" Evie smiled as they all started the welcome party for her.

It didn't take hours for the news that Evie's back was spread through the whole country~ photos and videos were spread across the whole country and all their phones were blowing up with notifications and friends.

Audrey groaned as she look at her phone, her cousin was calling her probably because she wanted to ask or confirm from Evie on the she had heard. Evie took Audrey's hand comforting her "Don't answer it please~ I wanna spend time with you~ all of you" Evie said making Audrey nod

"How about we just focus on having a great time, let's just worry about our phones tomorrow" Everyone agreed with what Jay said and all of them turned of there phones continuing on the party.

After the little dinner party, Belle, Adam, Hades, and Fairy Godmother bids goodbye to everyone, Evie thought the party was over but she was wrong. The group of friends stayed and told Evie they were going to do a sleepover party just like the good old days.

The next morning, Evie was the first one to wake up, she wanted to go for a walk but she knew she would risk a lot so she just decided to watch the sunrise from the castle's balcony. She smiled contently, luckily there were no press or anyone who could've saw her invade her peaceful time. It was just her and the sky.

Not long enough, someone cleared their throat behind Evie, she jumped a little making the person whisper 'sorry', the person stood beside Evie and smiled at her

"Good morning" the person greeted as Evie turned to her and smiled

"Good morning to you too Audrey, what are you doing up so early?" Evie asked as she turned back to the sky.

"My eyes are open" Audrey chuckled

They watched the sky together then Audrey decided to break the sweet silence that was surrounding the 2 of them

"So, I know it's early to ask but~ what are we going to do with the media?" Audrey asked, Evie sighed and went inside followed by Audrey

They both sat near the balcony.

"I actually wanted to take thing slow" Evie admitted "I was thinking of talking to the palace council about it first then the media. And I needed your guy's help" Evie said as she look up to Audrey who was listening to her intently.

"What kind of help do you need? We're all here for you" Audrey asked smiling

"I honestly don't know~ I mean social media could help but I don't really know how" Evie answered making Audrey smile

"I know, why don't we step by step announce" Of course Evie doesn't get it in which Audrey started to explain "Let's see~ since it's been so long, and you probably don't remember your old account, let's create a new one. Then you post, about Mal and/or about Blue~ we don't have to explain about your accident yet"

Evie nodded, it would totally would be a great idea "Then we follow you, then talk to Queen Belle first and ask if she agrees"

"Thanks Audrey, I think that would help" Evie smiled, they hugged for a second until Audrey pulled away "Let's go eat~ they're probably waiting for us"

Audrey agreed as they went to the palace kitchen and saw everyone, they joined in as Evie sat beside Blue while Mal was in Blue's left.

"Where'd you go?" Mal asked softly as Evie just smiled

"Just watched the sunrise" Mal nodded as they started to eat.

After breakfast everyone was chilling in the castle garden, having fun catching up. Audrey told the others about Evie's plan and they're okay with it. They were having so much fun and they knew this was just the beginning.
