After saying goodbye to her friends that day after school, Iris had plopped herself on a bench as her phone rang. I told you to leave me alone. She said as she answered the phone. I can't. Barry said in a soothing, husky voice. Barry, you're a nice guy, but I told you, it was a mistake. Iris tried assuring him. I don't like being someone's mistake. We agreed. Barry murmured. I don't want this getting out. But if you don't stop, I will tell my dad. Iris warned. There was a short pause before Barry spoke again. There's a video. What video? Iris gasped. Meet me at Jitters and you'll find out. Barry said before hanging up.
Later that afternoon, they pulled up at the Jitters parking lot and got out of the car. Don't worry dad, this will only take a few minutes. Iris assured him. Okay, I'm a just grab some coffee and I'll meet you back at the car. Joe said. After entering the coffee shop, Iris spotted Barry sitting alone and quickly walked over to him. What video? She demanded as soon as she got to him. When we agreed to meet at the park that afternoon, I hid some cameras near some tree branches. I can see you in the video, but I'm in the shadows. Barry explained. Let's see... Your dad. Principal of CCHS? What if I tell the school board and the administrative comity how a big phony your dad is. How about I tell them that he assaults the kids there. And that he hasn't been following the educational guidelines and procedures. What do you think about that? Barry said, blackmailing her. With what evidence? Iris crossed her arms.
Barry took out a yellow folder and opened it. He took out a document and handed it to Iris. She shuddered as she read it. She then gave it back to Barry. What do you want? Iris stuttered. You. Barry said as Iris got up to leave. But what Iris didn't know, was that the document that Barry showed her was fake. Barry had made it himself.
