Quarantined with the Mysterious Guy

I cleared my table and started to pack my bag. The best thing in robotics club is that only genuine people are added here. And we each have a table here to work on our experiments. Today we learned about how to use solar power and make the car run on wheels. No battery, no electricity, just sun. Though I have to admit it was a pretty hot day. Luckily I wore a light floral sundress.

My prototype design is almost ready. We have a test this Friday and we'll have a race. Our teacher will put some hurdles in between, some twist and turns and finally, the waterproof test. He also mentioned a secret challenge that will be revealed on the day of race. It'll be fun.

I threw my bag in the back seat and started my drive to the store. This morning mom gave me the grocery list and I too have some tech stuff to buy. Luckily the mechanical store is right opposite from there.

First I decided to buy my stuff before o forget it. So I got some gears, nuts and bolts, tiny wheels and many more things.

I crossed the road and made my way to groceries. I was at the shelf comparing cereals of two different brands when I heard some noise behind me.

I turned to see a man picking up the box that might have fallen by mistake. He looked me at staring at him. He didn't wear a mask so I better keep some distance from him. He looked kinda messy. I quickly decided the cereal box and started heading to another shelf.

"Excuse me!" He called out. I turned around. "Do you know where do they keep the tooth brushes?"

"It's the shelf behind this one." I said pointing at it and walked away. I picked up several other things and I noticed a pack of prawns in the refrigerator. Oh how much I wanna eat them. I picked up two packets and walked to the counter.

When I took out my card to pay, that man stood right behind me. Oh god! I don't like people coming to me. I hope he doesn't say anything.

I quickly paid for my stuff and left the store. The moment I sat in the car, he walked out and started fast walking towards me. I pretended I didn't notice him, I drove out heading straight to my house. I let out a deep breath I didn't know I was holding.

My dad always told me to stay away from unknown people. I know it might sound immature but I like to stay safe and secure in my comfort zone.

I had a quick shower and had a small nap before I completed my robot car design. God it was a lot of work because running it with a control and all the wiring with solar power, making it sturdy and waterproof was a lot.

"Hey honey!" My dad said entering my room.

"Yeah dad?"

"I'm gonna go out for some work. While returning I'll pick up Zach from work so stay at home with mom." He said.

"Ohk sure. Go safely." I said returning back to my work as he exited the room.

What work would he have this late?

I didn't bother much. After what felt like a few hours I saw dad's car pull in from my front window. I heard some mumbling downstairs and Zach went in his room to shower. I quickly surfed my laptop searching for a movie we can watch today. Laying next to him every night just makes me fall for him even more. He's so good and so nice. I just don't know how he feels about me.

I'm going to ask him today. It's final! I knocked at his door and he said come in. The moment I walked through that door I saw him. He was just out shower with just a towel hanging on his waist. I just stood there staring at him. His spiky wet hair, his firm torso with droplets of water.... Oh god I couldn't feel my legs right now. I noticed how his muscles of the body flex when he ran his hand through his hair.
