My heart dropped to my stomach. I was so happy and I knew Jahseh would be too. I just sat there looking at them.
"Baby you okay?" Jahseh knocked on the door
"Yeah" I answered. I opened the door and handed him a test. Of course it was positive. He looked at it and smiled widely. His smile disappeared and his body dropped to the floor. He passed out. I dropped the test.
"Seh" I shook him

"Jahseh wake up"
"I know you didn't pass out over a pregnancy test" I laughed when I shouldn't be. I picked his heavy ass up and put him on the bed.
"Jahseh wake up" I said. I kissed his lips a few times. I pulled away and he fluttered his eyes open. He rubbed his head.
"Are you okay?" I questioned
"Yeah. Why?" He spoke
"You passed out over the pregnancy test" I inform him
"Oh for real" he laughed
"Yeah" I laughed too
"Is that it?" He questioned seeing it on the floor
"Yeah" I laughed. He got up and went over to it. He picked it up and looked at it. He smiled at it. He was looking at it for a good minute before he put his hand over his face and started sobbing. I walked over to him and hugged him. He put his face in my neck as the tears streamed out. He was so emotional. He pulled away and looked down at me.
"I'm gonna be a dad" he smiled
"Yeah. You are" I wiped his tears with my thumbs. He kissed my lips and I kissed back. He pulled away. He lifted up my hoodie and rubbed my stomach.
"I love both of you" he smiled
"We love you more Seh" I smiled back. ———————— Jahseh was on the phone with his mom. He was downstairs but I could hear their conversation because the house was quiet and she was on speaker.
"Yeah ma. She's pregnant" He said happily
"Yay baby" she cheered. He laughed.
"Wait a minute.....ewwww y'all been havin sex" she joked
"Shut up" he laughed
"Y'all are gross" she joked some more
"You done it too in order for me to be here" he said
"This isn't about me" she says. They both started laughing. Eventually I dozed off. ———————- My eyes were a opened a little and I seen Jahseh walk in the room. He took his hoodie off, leaving him in only basketball shorts. He laid in the bed next to me. He lifted up my hoodie and caressed my stomach. He then planted a soft kiss on it. I smiled to myself. He pulled my hoodie back down and planted a soft kiss on my lips. I fully closed my eyes and fell back asleep.
