I cast a spell on you (Draco Malfoy x Reader)

Y/N is the daughter of someone who closely works with the Malfoy family so she already knew Draco. She's a Slytherin just like him. She's quite the sneaky one and she's got ideas. But she is friends with Ron, Hermione and the guy that has a crush on her, Harry.

For context you guys are in your 7th year so your last one so you have a little study buddy if you know what I mean.

"Oh yay. You're back." You said sarcastically as you sat down at the table on the first day back.

"L/N." Draco greeted.

""Someone's moody." You replied.

Shortly after you saying this before Draco had the chance to speak, Pansy sat down next to him. 'That's why' you thought to yourself. You looked around to see if you could find something to make her move. Your eyes come into contact with Hermione. You and her have a weird eye twitch movement when you need to talk to each other. You do the eye twitch and she starts moving.
"Give me a minute." You flash a smile before moving yourself.

"What's this about? First day back and you're already having a drama?" Hermione said.

"Boy drama." You quickly spit out.

"Y/N. I know it's Draco, I can tell. You guys are close. But him? Out of all people?" She replied

"Do you want me to be happy? Whatever! Pansy is there and she generally needs to wrap her head around the fact that Draco doesn't like her." You sighed.

"I'm sorry. You're right I want you to be happy. I'm trying to think. What about wingardium leviosa on her shoe whilst I get Ron to make a loud noise so it distracts them?" Hermione suggested.

"The dumb bitch always has a smart best friend. You're the best!" You quickly hug Hermione before going back to your table.

You sat down where you were previously. Pansy had now attached herself onto Draco's arm. Your blood was boiling. You hated this sight as much as Draco did. You pulled your wand out underneath the table.

You looked over at Hermione and nodded ever so slightly. She then tapped Ron who purposely slid a spoon so it hit a goblet and then dropping it on a bowl of some sort. It was loud enough to get people to look over. "Wingardium leviosa." You quickly said, flicking your wand, you had caught pansy's shoe with your spell and lifted her foot up so she fell backwards.

You and Draco looked down at her confused, a teacher came over to see if everything was alright and Pansy started screaming accusations about you when you sat there and played the innocent card. The teacher took her away to the medical wing.

"I see why you're a Slytherin." Draco spoke up.

"Well it's not like I'm the Slytherin slut that clings to boys that don't like them." You rolled your eyes

"Since our families are close and we're both in Slytherin, when we want to study, do you wanna do it together?" He offered.

"So you wanna be study buddies?" You raised your brow. "You study? In what world?" You scoffed.

"I wasn't actually going to study." He rested his hand on the table, palm facing up as if he's asking to hold your hand without verbally asking.
