Eri entered her house.

The joy she felt two minutes ago was gone. Fear and dispair took its place.

Even so, eri knew she couldn't let those feelings control her like that.

"I'm home!" She called.

It was silent.

"Hello? Papa? Shins?"

The only sound in the house was the tv.

Naturally, eri went to see if anyone was there.

She trudged up the stairs, worry pilling over her, tears building up.

"It's not funny! Papa! Shinsou!"

The tv stopped.

Eri pulled out her phone and opened her messages.

Papa✨❤️

-Where are you?

No answer.

Shins😺💜

-WHERE ARE YOU!
-This isn't funny anymore shinsou!

No answer again.

She looks over her shoulder. Blood on the wall.

Suddenly, something falls. Eri bolted into her room as quietly as possible.

✨kota✨

-Help! Please!

-What? What's going on?

-Idk idk I'm scared

-Hold on I'm about two blocks away

-Hurry

-I'm on my way. Are you ok?
-Eri?
-Hey, you there?

Sure enough, kota opened the front door, taking a step inside.

A man appeared behind kota, gun point at his head.

"Make a sound and the girlie dies right here. Do you want this baby to die?"

Kota dropped his bag and put his hands up. He turned around slowly to face this man.

He was wearing a black hoodie that covered most of his face and a mask that looked like a bird's beak. He had eri locked in one arm. Eri had tears running down her face, but didn't let out a sound. She was still wearing the jacket that's now stained with blood.

Kota stood his ground. He wasn't going to show any fear to a lowlife criminal. Ready to make a move, he looked at eri and stopped. The man could kill her.

"Fine. What do want?" Kota said firmly.

"I want you to get it the truck. No trouble. Just get in. And you live. For now." He smirked.

"Okay."

"Oh, and, phones stay here. No one can know where we're going, now can they!"

"Okay. Phones stay."

The man leads kota to a van, eri still being used as a hostage.

After they arrive to the vehicle, the man harshly throws eri into it making her let out a help of pain. Kota wanted to go off on the man but held his tongue and climbed in the van. He went straight to eri and sat there, holding the poor girl protectively.

We have to get out of here, he thought.
