"Aizawa? Hey.... What do you think of the weather in this here forest?"

"I think the weather at UA is better. Isn't that where you four should be right now, Kota?"

"Well, yes, but-"

"No. I don't want to hear it. Who's idea was this?"

"It was mine, sir."

"Akari? Really?"

"Yes. I'm sorry, sir."

"What were you guys thinking?"

"I don't-"

"You didn't. You didn't think. Because if you did, you'd have known that this is a suicide mission! I already lost my baby girl, do you really think I can handle losing four more students?"

"Sir, we're all the way out here. Can't we at least try? Please?"

"Yoko, I can't let you do that."

"Aizawa, sir, every single one of us has a way to stop you. But you can only stop one of us. So what's it gonna be? We all go and get eri? Or yoko, Kar, kota, and me stop you and go by ourselves?"

"Fine, but if anything happens, do not try to play hero. Got it?"

Don't play hero.
Don't play hero.
Don't play hero.

The words bounced around in kota's head for a few minutes. Eri told him not to play hero. Back in that place two months ago. What would have happened if he'd listened to her?

"Hey, Kota? You coming?"

"Yeah!"

~timeskip~
~two hours~

"Do you think we're getting anywhere?" Suki asked.

"I don't know. I haven't seen anything." Kota replied.

"Yeah, same. The only thing I saw was a cabin back that way." Yoko chimed.

"I guess it's time to call it quits."

"Wait, did you say cabin?"

"Yeah, about ten minutes that way. Why?"

"Because that could be where eri is. Come on!" Akari started sprinting through bushes and trees and the rest followed her.

When they got to the cabin, the group heard screaming and saw the front door open.

In the doorway stood a frail girl. She was covered in cuts and bruises and was screaming at someone.

"Eri?"

Aizawa froze, not wanting to get his hopes up.

And that was a good thing in a way because when she turned around and saw her father, eri ran back inside.

Aizawa opened the door to the cabin and stepped inside, the four kids stepped in behind him.

"Eri?"

"I don't want to go back!" She was holding on tightly to the scared man's arm.

"Are you okay?"

"I don't want to go back!"

"Why don't you wanna come back, 'ri?" Akari looked hurt.

"You'll take him away!"

"Princess, it's time to go home."

"No, no, no!"

"Eri, I'm not going to take him away. I talked to shoto. This man has been helping you. I should be throwing him in jail for what he did in the past, but we're going to pretend that he left you here alone. I never saw him."

"But I won't see him! I don't want touya to leave! I don't want unko shigi to leave! I want to stay here!"

"Eri, baby, I promise, I won't take them away. They haven't done anything wrong for seven years. I miss you."

In that moment, it was almost as if something clicked in eri's head.

"Papa?"

"Yeah?"

She looked back at the man who had taken care of her for two months and gave him a hug.

"I'm ready to go home."

Satsuki and akari ran to eri and laughed through tears, hugging her for the first time in what felt like forever.

Kota stood behind them next to Yoko.

"They look so happy. Those two must really love eri, huh?"

"Yeah. They do."

They started walking outside. Touya stood there. He had finally got his princess to a safe place.

Suddenly, something came flying at him. Touya caught what was flying and looked at it. Keys.

He looked up to see a tired old man in the doorway.

"Come stop by every so often. I think eri will really like having you around."

"Thanks."

"Just promise not to do anything illegal anymore."

"Sorry old man, Im killing a certain chisaki. The heros can't kill, but I'm still a villian so it's free game."

"That I'll let you do. And thank you, for keeping my girl safe."

"Hey, she was my princess before you even knew her."

"Aizawa! Come on! Let's go home!"
"Yeah, I'm starving!"
"Hurry!"

"I better get going."

"Bye."
