A day prior to Shifa and Danish engagement, Danish visited their house to take Shifa for shopping.

"Assalam Walaikum, Zaeem how are you?" Danish asked Zaeem after entering the house like he owns it, Zaeem clenched his fist to control his anger and nodded at him.

Then Aneesha comes with Saira, and smiled at Zaeem "Hello, Zaeem"

Zaeem just nodded at her too and by the next second they both sat down with Zaeem.

"So, Zaeem, where were you from these years?" Danish started the conversation.

Zaeem gave him a small smile and answered in one word "Work"

"Good, very good, I have heard your company is the best in the market, so, what did you think about...."But Danish words were interrupted by Saira squeals, they looked at her then at the direction she was looking.

And there she comes.

Shifa came forward to them and hugged Saira, Saira giggled at that.

Wasn't it obvious, Saira squealed seeing her favorite person.

"Oh! Finally you came Shifa, we were waiting for you, Zaeem and baba were bickering about business and I was getting bored." Aneesha whined.

Shifa gave her a smile and said salam to Danish on noticing him.

Zaeem looked at Danish, he didn't like how Danish eyes were staring at Shifa, full of lust.

Pachpan mein jawani yaad aa rhi h is buddhe ko.... (The oldie is remembering his young days in old days)

Then Aneesha cleared her throat, and teased them "Oho, see how both of them are playing with eyes." Shifa shifted her foot here and there in embarrassment "Zaeem do you know it was love at first site for baba"

Zaeem raised his eyebrows at this new found information, and asked sarcastically "Oh, really."

Oblivious to his sarcasm Aneesha chirped excitedly " Yes, it was one of Shifa's exhibition, when baba met her first time, after ammi left us baba has engrossed himself in his work, then one day he came to me and announced that he found another ammi for me, you know when we came to know about that it's your cousin, and she lives with Zubaira chachi, I just run to her to ask for Shifa's hand. And of course she says yes, who doesn't want a rich man as husband, and we were right. I'm happy that finally baba will spend his whole life with the person he loves."

Does he have enough life to stay.....Zaeem joked mentally and shook his head to Aneesha, who was telling a stupid story like a 8 year old girl, Zaeem glance at Danish who was feeling shy.

Like really.

Then at Shifa who was now uneasy, ending her misery he asked them to go shopping.

As always Aneesha handed her daughter to Shifa and clings to Zaeem to pester him further and Danish angered him by keeping his hand on Shifa's hip.

Shifa was feeling uneasy every time when Danish touched her here and there in front of everyone but she couldn't say anything, but it doesn't mean that she couldn't protest.

Zaeem was controlling himself from strangling Danish, that old man was pervert even having a daughter and granddaughter.

Zaeem wanted to take Shifa somewhere from Danish lustful gaze but a clinging Aneesha was stopping him from doing that.

First they went to select a ring, Salesman took out many samples and Asked Shifa "Ma'am tell us please which one do you like?"

"I didn't know a mute person can even tell" Aneesha joked and laughed maniacally. Zaeem just threw a glare at her.

Shifa smiled sadly and pointed toward a ring but Aneesha came in between too "Ya! Allah, Baba, I will take it, why will she need a costly ring like this, it's not like that, that you will carry a mute girl like her to your high class parties."

Hearing her Zaeem frowned "Why can't she attend a high class party. Oh yes because what will people call chacha, when they will see a young and beautiful girl beside him. They will definitely think of her as his daughter. Shifa you take its beauty will increase when you will wear it" but Shifa shakes her head in a no and Danish smirks at him.

Next they went for dresses.

After looking for so many dresses, the father and daughter duo chose a pink dress for Shifa, but Shifa's eyes were caught by a beautiful blue anarkali with golden work on it, but she just pressed her lips, only to get noticed by Zaeem.

"Hey, what about this blue color dress." Zaeem tried to help Shifa.

"Ya, it is so beautiful, Baba I will buy this" Aneesha squealed in excitement.

"No, It will not look good on you, orange color will suit you more" Zaeem said in frustration, he didn't want to see anyone other than Shifa in that dress.

And like a fool Aneesha brought an orange color dress for herself.

"Wow, so shopping is finished, what about food?" Aneesha asked everyone.

"No, Shifa and I have to go somewhere." Danish protested.

"Okay, then I and Zaeem will go, and baba, please take Saira with you and Shifa, after all she will live with Shifa, after marriage na." Aneesha said.

Zaeem frowned "Why will your daughter live with Shifa?"
