Afaf bits her lips nervously, she knows what was about to come. And here Sheryaar continued again "Afaf, you.....you are my first crush, you....."

"I have to go." Afaf didn't wanted to listen further, she turns to go when again Sheryaar helds her elbow. Very carefully, he took her palm, like she is a glass which will shatter if didn't handle with care.

He handed her a letter, closing the letter in her sweaty fist he whispered enough to hear her "Afaf yeh mere dil ki dastaan hai, please issey padh lena, mujhe khud nahi pata main kaise raha hun tumhare bagair pr yeh jaruri tha, tum samjho, mere liye, meri ammi ke liye" (Afaf, this is story of my heart, please read it, I don't know how I lived without you, but It was important, understand, for me, for my mother)

Stopping for a second he spoke again "Tumhare liye, humare future k liye, tum toh janti ho carrier aur pyaar ek sath.." (for you, for our future, you know right that carrier and love....)

He was unable to speak further, Afaf looks into his eyes, it was full of tear, telling her to take his sorry, telling her to read the letter, Sheryaar slowly lifts his hand to her cheeks, caressed it. More tears were falling from his eyes, he patted her fist and went away, leaving Afaf in a state of dilemma.

---------------------------------

It was exactly at 9:15 P.M. when Sheryaar was sitting with his phone.

Waiting impatiently with his phone in his hand, biting nails of his other hand, gazing at wall clock then phone.

When his phone rang again, his grinned, and huffed seeing the name of the caller, PURE.

Taking loud breaths he pick up the call "Hello"

But nobody answered, so again he speaks "Hello Afaf?"

"Hello Sheryaar sir" From the other side a sad and gloomy voice came. He frowned thinking that her voice was not the same chirpy and dominating, closing his eyes he said "Afaf, I told you to call me only Sheryaar"

Afaf from the other side again went mute. Then he heard her sniffing sound and in a heavy voice she speaks "Sheryaar....yeh...ye......You never told me..tha....that you liked me too. I always thought It was one-sided. I felled for you from the very first time I saw you, picking my books. You didn't say anything like other seniors do, you didn't even glance at me. Slowly your behaviour was dragging me toward you. You remember that day when one of your classmate asked me to take your number, I think it was best opportunity for me to know you. But you being you a nerd."

She chuckles a little, a small smile forms on Sheryaar's face but he let her continue "Then I called you one day, you talked so rude to me, remember that rude"

She emphasised on rude. Sheryaar gave a silent chuckle. Again she spoke "But I never gave on you Sheryaar, never. But one day you taught me my limits."

She was hurt. Sheryaar tried to defend himself "No, Afaf, I....."

"Shut up, let me continue, but seriously that was best thing happen in my life. From that day, I started taking my study serious, from that day I gave myself to my carrier like you. But...but something inside me told me that something is missing, It was you Sheryaar, but....but..." She couldn't complete further and started crying.

Sheryaar kept his hand on his heart to console him that don't break, you have to be strong. Giving a long sigh he spoke "Afaf, don't cry please. Okay listen, I felled for you from the day you entered in the campus, putting egg prank on a professor, then again when you whistle loudly and puts all the blame on the boy sitting beside you. You were fierce, rowdy, extrovert, but I had to make my carrier Afaf, So I ignored you but believe me that day whatever I said that was....." he couldn't form his words, gulping he sobs, he stated the biggest truth of the world "I love you Afaf Khatoon, and I....I... I want to marry you....."

Afaf sobs become hysteric, "Kabhi kaha kyun nahi, pata hai kitna muskil tha aapke bagair jina, Aapne mere dil k sath sath meri khushiyan bhi chin li thi Sheryaar, aap..aap..." she kept everything she had in her heart in front of him. (Why did you never told me, you know it was very difficult to live without you, you snatched my happiness with my heart Sheryaar, you...you..)

"Shh shhh Afaf royo mat, bs yeh btao ki rista leke kab aana hai?" Sheryaar said. (Shh shh Afaf, don't cry, just tell me when will you marry me?)

"Aap kitne gande ho, abhi aao, isi waqt aao, ab main aapke bagair nahi ji sakti" Afaf whinned. (You are very bad, come now, at this instant, now I can't live without you.)

Sheryaar gave a hearty chuckle and said "Bs abhi aaya meri jaan, I love you, love you, love you so much. Muaaaaahhhhhh" he gave her a long phone kiss. They chuckled instantly, forgetting and forgiving everything. (I am coming now my life)

------------------------------------------------

It's been 4 month after Sheryaar married Afaf, their married life was blissful, Afaf was best thing that ever happened in Sheryaar life.

Her father was ready instantly, his mother was in dilemma but seeing his happiness with Afaf, she got ready too. Afaf's father had asked about dowry but Sheryaar denied him, Afaf was priceless for him.

Both Afaf and Sheryaar were always lost in each other, Sheryaar first go to see Afaf everyday he comes back from office, they spent their most of the time, loving each other, lost in each other.

And this was not liked by his mother, but she never complained, because Sheryaar was everything to her.

So, she started complaining about Afaf, or her flings, whinning on Sheryaar about Afaf. Sheryaar only listened about her complaints but slowly slowly his mother words was working on him. Sometime he yells or shouts on Afaf.

Afaf was feeling that their relation is degrading day by day.

Then one day when Sheryaar came back from office, his life changed forever.
