[A/N: just a heads up, if it doesn't say Heeseungs pov just assume its yours :) ]

"Y/NNNN" Rose whined shaking your arm "Just a couple more weeks. You don't have to goooo, keep living with me!"

You rolled your eyes and shrugged her off, continuing to hang the new landscape photo on the wall. You took a step back admiring your work. You swore if you hadn't become a photographer you'd definitely be a bombass interior designer cause your photography studio looked amazing.

"Y/NNNNN" She whined again. This girl, you sighed.

Turning around, you looked directly into her eyes. With a firm voice you said, "No. 1 month, that's final."

After all, she'd done this multiple times, and it's worked. You've been in Korea for wayyy longer than you planned. You missed being in the US where you are atleast somewhat known. Here you were just a local photographer, and despite Roses generosity (or more so her incredible amount of accumulated inheritance), you could atleast afford this studio. But you didn't want to be the type of person to live off of another like that, so it was time for your  'career break' to end.

You walked towards the sofa, Rose following close behind, blabbering on and on about the advantages of continuing to live in Seoul. You were this close to taping this girls mouth shut when the chimes on the door jingled.

"I've brought the goods!" A females voice shouted. Ah, theres only one person it could be..

"Yeriii! The love of my existence !!!" Rose shouted.

"Aye, back off girl she's mine" you nudged Rose.

"I introduced you to her don't even!"

You couldn't argue with that one. The summer after the...incident... you attended Boston University  while Rose, as expected, went to school down the street at Harvard. While attending the school full of the ridiculously rich, smart, talented, or combination of all 3 (much like Rose), she met Yeri, a grad student getting her MBA. We later found out that both Yeri and Roses families knew each other through business connections (guess thats one of the perks of being super rich). But since the beginning, us being naive little college freshmen, Yeri has been like a  a caring older sister.

"Ladies ladies" an elegant woman dressed in office clothes walks in and sets cups on the table "theres enough of me for everyone."

"Ahhhh iced coffee! I genuinely love you Yeri" you exclaimed, reaching forward to grabbed the iced beverage.

Rose pouted "I thought you meant actual goods!"

You shook your head, this girl. Yeri sighed, used to her antics, and slid the macchiato in-front of Rose, "You've had enough alcohol this week ma'am, I don't think your therapist would approve."

You won't lie, both Rose and Yeri had it rough growing up. Yes okay they were rich but, sadly money tends to corrupt moral. Yeri had gone through that phase, having horrible parents as well as many loved ones pass away, it made sense that she lost her way for a bit. But Yeri is one of the most strong willed resilient people you know, so she has somewhat figured it out. However, Rose is very much still in that phase, still very much affected by her childhood traumas. But you believed she could make it through no matter what.

Yeri leaned against your armrest, "I heard you're actually going back this time?"

You took a sip of the bitter liquid before putting it down. Ahhhh that hits the spot. "Yeah, im planning to leave in a month."

"Unnieeeee please talk some sense into her. She cant leave us again!" Rose interjected

Yeri laughed, "You forget that Seoul is our hometown but not Y/N. We went to America to study for a bit and she came here to stay with us for a bit. If anything I think it's our turn to go to America. It's not like YOU of all people cannot afford a plane ticket. So can I, we can always visit y/n."

                                                                                                  ~

As soon as you closed your bedroom door, you flung yourself onto your fluffy comforter, taking in its warm. Ahhh your favorite part of the day...sleep. That was until you heard a ding from our laptop. You groaned, contemplating wether opening the email was really necessary. After all, it could be a job opportunity. And money is money. You rolled over to grab your laptop, the light blinding your eyes a bit in contrast to the dark room. You tapped the mail icon and opened the most recent one.

Dear Y/N,

We have been searching for a photographer to take concept photos for an artist new album under Bighit Labels. After analyzing the works of several candidates, your style seemed to best suit the feeling our artist would like to portray. If you are interested, please contact me at this email address.

Omg. Oh my. Bighit? Bighit wants me?! You reloaded the email, triple-checking to make sure it wasn't spam.

It's real.

"AHHHH" you squealed kicking your feet in the air like a child. You responded immediately with a more than enthusiastic acceptance of the offer. Sent. You laid back, staring at the ceiling. Wow...Bighit. I wonder which group. Txt? Their upcoming boy group? Or maybe it was one of their subsidiary groups since all those companies moved into the new Bighit Building. Meaning it could be their girl group from I-land, Seventeen, or Gfriend. Nu'est is on indefinite hiatus but they could have a comeback? Or maybe.....no. Not him. You definetely didn't want it to be that group.

You sighed rolling over again, now restless. If only you had gotten this offer a two years ago, you thought. Then you could have been doing this for  BTS. You stared fondly at the small army logo tattooed on your wrist. I wonder how they're doing now, living more normal lives. Well, as normal as you could get being a celebrity.

Reaching over, you put your laptop on the nightstand next to you, stopping for a moment when you saw the magazine. His somewhat soft yet somewhat  intimidating gaze staring back at you. The title read:

"Some Fans Speculate that Enhyphen's Lee Heeseung is Once Again Giving Fans False Hope"

Tch. Stupid tabloids. Are they really this bored with their lives to criticize him? Sadly, this piece of garbage was forced into your hands by some anti who was shoving them at people on the side of the street.

You snuggled yourself under the comforter. Ah, nice and toasty. Him now on your mind, you couldn't help but wonder how he's doing. Did he have as hard of a time as you did? Probably not. Has he maybe... moved on? No! You hit yourself on the head for the last one. That is none of your business. You know what he did to you, y'all definitely no longer have a chance. But deep down, a small shameless piece of you hoped he hadn't. Really hope he hasn't. Will he?Aghhh probably he has. Nevertheless if he hasn't it doesn't matter. What he did to you was unforgivable.

You never wanted to meet him again.
