Today I went to the ENT doctor, fully expecting to be bombarded with hearing aids and surgery.
Only to find out that my ears are fine. It's my jaw that's the problem. I have TMJ, which basically means my jaw sucks. The muscles around it are in pain and the joint itself is causing issues.
Thankfully, this can be helped far easier than that potential ear problem. I just have to get a mouthguard that has to be worn while I sleep.
This is a short update but it also comes with the tentative announcements of some books I'm working on. I wanted to know which seemed the most interesting to all of you! Most of them are AU stories unless stated otherwise!
- a rewrite of Sins of the Father
I had a ton of passion for the original book initially but I wasn't consistent in writing it, fleshing out the story and posting. Everything being released was immediately finished. I usually prefer to be a chapter or two ahead in books. I'd love to give this story another chance as I had a ton of ideas!
- The Truth About Love
A story of JD and Veronica's daughter, who is caught between the complicated love of her parents.

JD and Veronica have not seen one another since high school. Much to JD's surprise, a little girl arrives at his doorstep with nothing more than a note from Veronica saying that he is the girl's father. This sends JD into the complicated job of being a father.

After JD's suicide, Veronica tries to cope.
- microscope
Honestly, I don't know how to really describe this one. The base concept is very similar to bruises, the key difference being that JD didn't fake his own death. I don't want to give away the entire plot by saying more than that!
- taken
JD kidnaps his daughter. Again, not much to say without giving the plot away.
- girl, interrupted
Loosely mixing the basic concept of the movie of the same name with Heathers.
I am also working on a very dark story of what would have happened if JD had blown up Westerburg. This story has quite a few chapters already. There's nonconsensual sexual content as well as graphic depictions of abuse. All of it is very deeply described in the perspectives of both Veronica and JD. It's very intense and I'm not sure if it should even be posted due to the horrific nature of it. It's definitely not the story for the faint of heart, or anyone who isn't an adult. It's DARK.
