The next day, I wake up and read the text message.

Even though Shin has never dated before, this whole experience is pretty new to me as well. Apart from the obvious difference of the fact that he's a guy, it's also that he's the one in control.

Whenever I go out with a girl, I'm always the one who asks her out, and then I take her on a mysterious date.

So now I'm on the receiving end.

I don't think I hate it.

I feel all buzzy and excited inside.

I send back a quick "I'll be there!" before making my way over to his dorm.

When I get there I knock on his door.

"Coming!" His muffled voice calls out, and I assume that he's getting changed.

After a second, he opens the door with a grin.

"Hi Kami," he says.

"Hi!" I grin back.

"Let's go," he says, grabbing my hand and walking us towards the elevator.

When the doors of the elevator close behind us, I lean onto his shoulder and look up at him.

He's so much taller than me! Granted it's only about a head, but it feels like a lot.

He chuckles, then ruffles my hair.

The elevator dings, so I lean away from him and let go of his hand.

As soon as the door opens, we here Bakugo yelling.

"WHAT THE FUCK ROUND FACE. GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME AND NEVER COME NEAR ME AGAIN."

"I- I'm sorry Bakugo," she whimpers, turning and rushing away.

"Bakugo that was a bit mean. She was just trying to be friendly," I scold him.

"Friendly my ass," he grumbles, along with some other things that I didn't hear.

I laugh. Typical Bakugo. It's at times like these that I realise that he actually likes hanging out with us, what with how much he despises everyone else.

"I'm making coffee, anyone you guys want one too?" I ask, and they both say yes.

"I feel like neither of you too need coffee. Bakugos got all the explosive energy he'll ever need, and Kami literally never stops vibrating," Shinso comments.

"And the only reason you need it is because you refuse to sleep a healthy amount. Anyway, I'm living on borrowed time. Without coffee, I'll just stop halfway through the day," I laugh.

"Can't imagine that happening," Bakugo grumbles as I hand him his coffee, and I laugh again.

We all sit around, and everyone else filters in. Midoriya and Ururaka come in together, laughing, and Bakugo scowls at her.

"You'd almost think they were dating," he growls.

I look at him in surprise.

"They are," I tell him.

His scowl furrows even more.

Then Kirishima comes out.

"Hey Kats!" He says, landing on the couch right next to him. "Whatcha doing?"

"The old hag texted to ask how I'm doing. I'm deciding whether or not I should respond."

"Aww come on man, you need to show your Mum some love! Tell her about your life a bit!"
