Part 11 "Unexplainable"

  After, the team was sent back to the hotel. Rossi invited everyone to a trendy bar and the team responded with a, yes. Y/N and Reid had plans but didn't want to seem suspicious by excusing themselves at the same time and accepted the invite, instead. Being that you wanted drinks quickly, and it was already 6 PM Y/N stayed in her work clothes but took off the blazer she had on earlier. Unbuttoning one button from her white shirt; Jj did the same because your outfits were so similar. These slight alterations made you both appear even sexier for the bar setting that you were on your way to. The bar was in walking distance, making it easier for the lot of you to walk instead of having to drive. Convenient!

     From what Y/N could tell, Reid and Morgan every so often peered long glances at her whenever she was in their visibility of sight.Morgan slid Y/N winks once and awhile but Reid was a tad more on the subtle side as far as flirting went.  It didn't bother you at all. The attention was complimenting to you, since you hadn't been with any man in ages; you found the glances from your handsome male colleagues a bonus of sorts.  The music was nice, salsa was playing. Garcia and Jj went to the dance floor and shook away all the stresses of the job. for the most part they witnessed death daily and craved this break. They pulled your hand and seconds later you found yourself swaying your hips and dancing to the beat. Rossi, Morgan, Hotch and Reid sat at the bar watching all of you. They laughed in playful manners and spoke amongst each other. 

Hotch- "looks like they're having fun!"

Morgan- "It does! Think I'm about to join them! See ya!"*Swaying his way to the dance floor, Morgan went to dance with his lady colleagues.*

Hotch-" ok, enjoy!"
*A playful smirk crossed his lips*

Rossi-"Have fun!" *A cheeky smile on his face.*

Reid- "sure, go ahead!"
*His vision focused on Morgan when suddenly it switched to Y/N.* 

(Y/N's smile illuminating the somewhat dark room for him.)

         Y/N's body stood out as it danced. Her olive skin under the saturated tone of the blue-ish purple lights, made her appear as a goddess to, Reid. Y/N was swaying her hips and dropping to the floor. He could definitely tell she felt the music. A little smirk formed on his memorized face. Letting his eyes drift up and down the woman's defined figure. Morgan,  jumped on the dancefloor behind Y/N following the movements she made in unison.

Y/N- "Hey Morgan! Great song, right?!"
*She said competing with the music to sound louder or at least audible in some way.*

Morgan-"yup, I can see you really like it too!" *His smirk is flirty, and cute.*

Y/N- "yeeesss, I do!"

Morgan-" you've got the Shakira hips, but do they lie?" *He chuckled as he gently placed his hands on your lower waist*

Y/N-"Idk- but care to find out!?" *You bopped your hips to the left and right.*

(Reid was eyeing your every move. Almost like a protective boyfriend keeping an eye out on his girl. His hazel eyes examining the environment of the bar while in anticipation trying to figure out your next moves. He knew you had bodily feelings for him, but he couldn't quite figure out if you were developing emotional feelings towards him yet, too. He definitely was, and was still processing why. On the record you too literally had just met the day prior and became unprofessionally close this morning. Aside from that he was still very much in the motions of moving on from Maeve, which seemed impossible...BUT for some odd reason whenever he shared close spacing with Y/N, his emotions were at ease. During the majority of his days his mind was an absolute mess thinking about everything going on in his fucked up life!) 

Hotch and Rossi focused their vision on Reid after seeing him staring into nothing. After they conjured the exact question and exclaimed it towards Reid.

Hotch-" Reid is everything alright?"

Rossi- "yeah, you're kinda aloof. Anything going on kid?"

(Worry in both of their voices as they examined the state of their colleagues behavior.)

Reid-" uh what.."
*Coming to realize Rossi and Hotch had been staring he said.*

"Of course I'm just thinking about the details of the case..that is all.."

Rossi-"well kid,bi hope you don't take this the wrong way but I gotta ask. When was the last time you had fun?"
*His eyebrows went up suggestively*

Reid-"well-now I am having fun."
*Innocence in his smile*

Hotch-" I think what Rossi is getting at refers to a relationship-a romantic one-with a female."
*Unferrowimg his brows he uttered*

Reid-" well I've been talking with someone, but I don't know if it's going too fast.."*His eyes catching the ground*

Rossi-" is she also a genius?!"
*Chuckled and sips from his Martini*

Hotch-"considering the truama you experienced, I'm glad you are doing your best efforts to move forward."
*His face warm/gentle*

Reid-"you mean after Maeve, it's ok. You guys can say her name...I won't break down if you do..at first it was really hard to deal with but every single day I think about how she would want me to move on..even if I am still not sure how to."
*He swallowed his grief as he spoke to them*

Rossi-"I know it's hard but you're a string kid! I know you'll find a Miss Genius somewhere!"

Hotch-"Getting back to that woman you told us you were speaking too..do we know her?"*Going into panic mode Reid said*

Reid-" I don't believe you do-she's.."
*Rossi cutting off Reid exclaimed*

Rossi-"wait is it that cute brunette down at the coffee shop? She seems nice, if it's her you'll always have the house smelling like your favorite thing COFFEE! Unless it's Lorraine from the floor under us at Quantico. She seemed interested in you, a little birdie in the BAU might have told me.." *winks at Reid*

Hotch-"Rossi let's cut him some slack, after all he hasn't even had the chance to tell us about her yet. Isn't that right, Reid?"

Reid-"oh-yeah, she's like- super sweet but I have to talk to her more-its kinda new and I would want to say something that isn't accurate to her..but all I can say is that I definitely feel a spark!" *His voice nervous and his stomach getting butterflies already.*

Hotch-"sounds nice!!"

 Rossi-" Someone's got the hots!"

Hotch-"Have you guys gone out on a proper date yet?"

Reid-"well-no..but I'm hoping I'll get the chance to take her out-soon_ when we get back."

Rossi-"Take out, in both senses of the words!" *A dirty grin on his lips*

Reid-"uh well-uh"
*Crossing his arms and pursing his lips*

Rossi-"kid i'm pulling your leg, don't beat yourself up over it!"* He began to laugh alongside, Aaron.*
