"I'm sorry, I don't think I can do this" I muttered as I laid half naked in my bed
Lee was trying to catch his breath from our foreplay
"It's okay" he reassured me
But it wasn't. I felt blocked from what had happened to me before with Young.
I was traumatized. I tried to convince myself that all was better now, but it wasn't.
I hated the dark, I always saw him in it. When Lee started caressing my undressed body, ny skin crawled in disgust. I still felt dirty from Young hands.
Gosh I hated him so much right now.
Even after his death, he still haunted me and my life.
Lee sat next me, wrapped his arms around me in a sweet embrace.
"It's okay, we'll get through this together. We have all the time in the world. What's important is that we're together now" he gently murmured
"I love you" I breathed
" I love you too"
We laid in bed, our bodies against each other. It wasn't erotic anymore, but it was filled with emotions and love.
As long as ee had each other, we would get through anything.

Lee was so understanding and never forced to be okay or do anything I didn't feel like once.

He was patient and helped me get through that emotional block I wss going through.

And we finally made love, the wait wss worth it.

Unfortunately Lee's stay had to come to an end.
After a week, he no longer could stall his father any more. Work was being pushed back a lot, and his father was getting tired and his health was not helping him deal with the work load.

I hated saying good-bye, but I had to. And I had a feeling my dad was feeling the same way as well.
I've never seen him walk someone inside the airport. Except from Lee.

A month went by, I had started a new job at an oil company, it was also a month since I last saw Lee.
Some days we spoke all the times, and others we barely caught each other in time to say hello.
Two months have passed, and the third followed.
My heart ached everytime time I spoke to Lee on social devices.

" I just miss you" I pouted in our last talk
" I know baby, I swear me too"
"But it's been three months. Aren't planning to come anytime soon?" I pleaded
" As soon as as this project is finished, I'm flying over, I promise" he promised
"Fine" I caved in

Finally it was the weekend. I finished work at 4 and headed straight home.
When I arrived our house seemed different. As I stepped into the lane, lights glistered all over the house.
The front door opened to reveal Lee, standing ina beautiful black suit.
I jumped and squealed in joy as I ran towards him.
I threw my arms around him and started kissing every part on his face.
I finally broke free and looked at him.
"Hey there beautiful. missed me?" He chuckled
"You bet I did!" I grinned back at him
"Did you do all of this?" I asked pointing at the lights covering the house
"Maybe" he smiled "come on I have a surprise for you" he grabbed my hand and led ne towards my bedroom.
The bedroom was filled with flowers, in the floor, the bed even my desk. There were candles set out in a shape of a heart in the middle of the room.
I gasped from the scene
"When did you do all of this?" I requested
He didn't answer me.
He took my hand and walked me towards the heart of candles.
He got down on one knee and I gasped for air.
No way! He wasn't going to.. I mean no way
"Silver... I can not stand another second without you in my life. Will you end my suffering and marry me?"
He said ad he pulled out a beautiful diamond ring from his pocket

My eyes were wide open as tears streamed down like a river
"Yes !Yes!" I exclaimed nodding my head
He took out the ring and placed it in my finger.
We hugged each other and kissed
"She said yes!" He screamed and all of the sudden my parents and friends were squealing with joy inside my room.

I didn't know how we were going to make this work. But I knew one thing, we were meant to be together.
And nothing was going to steal that away from us.
