I Would

Chapter 15

"Passports?" Chaeyoung called out, sliding out of the car along with the other girls. Lisa looked at Jennie, smiling at the sight of the passport in her mouth while tying her hair up.

"Check," Lisa responded, walking around the car to open the trunk and remove the suit cases.

"Suitcase?" Chaeyoung asked, staring down at the list in her hand while walking towards the back of the car. And, seeing the suitcases, she nodded, "Check."

"Condoms?" Jisoo causally asked, helping Lisa remove the suitcases from the car.

"Che—, wait."

Lisa blushed and narrowed her eyes at Jisoo who laughed obnoxiously loud, catching the attention of those around them. Chaeyoung giggled and playfully rolled her eyes as she closed the trunk while Lisa groaned in annoyance, rolling the suitcases to Jennie,

"First of all, what the hell? Second of all.. wait. There is no second of all! What the hell Chu?" Lisa whined. Jennie laughed lightly and grazed her fingertips over Lisa's wrist.

"Ignore her," she mused before scowling at the older one. "You finished? Lisa and I are going to be late." Jennie grasped onto Lisa's arms, glaring sharply. Lisa held back a smile, not because of how possessive Jennie's hold felt, although, it was the reason for her blushing ears, it was from the brunettes lies.

"Yeah, okay Jen. It's not like I didn't see your plane ticket and it's not like you're practically five hours early," Jisoo said with an eye roll paired with a playful grin. Jennie blushed and shyly looked away with a clearing of her throat,

"Two hours, actually."

Lisa laughed, squeezing Jennie's hand before pulling away to take hold of both their suit cases. Chaeyoung  then walked over and hugged Jennie tightly,

"Text us when you land," she said. Jisoo walked up to Lisa and hugged her as well,

"If you ever need a breather, just call me," Jisoo whispered, knowing all too well that the trip will either break or warm her heart. Lisa chuckled and hugged her back,

"I'll be okay," Lisa reassured. Jisoo pulled back and studied her eyes closely before pointing towards her heart,

"But will that be okay?"

She wondered the same question herself. Will she be able to handle the trip? I mean, they have been alone together countless of times, but why did this feel
different? Maybe because Lisa was bringing home the woman she was in love with. Then again, Jennie was her home.

Lisa glanced to her side, smiling from warm eyes that were already fixed on her. The real question was, however, will Jennie see through her eyes.

Jennie matched her smile but narrowed her eyes towards Jisoo's finger with a scoff,

"Are you poking her boob?" Jisoo pulled her hand away and narrowed her eyes towards Jennie and scoffed.

"Wha— Of course not you idiot!!"

Lisa laughed loudly and tapped Jisoos head, "I'll text you." Jisoo smiled in relief before nodding and helping her roll her suit case to Jennie. Jennie kept her eyes on Lisa, her smile growing the closer Lisa got to them.

"Let's go?" Lisa asked. Jennie nodded and clapped her hands excitedly,

"Bye girls!!" She shouted before grabbing Lisa's hand with one hand and taking a hold of her suitcase in the other. "Thailand, here we come!!"

Lisa chuckled, allowing the smaller girl guide her through the airport. If ever Lisa had the chance, she'd let Jennie guide her anywhere if it meant she'd forever be by her side.
